Domestic Dispute Cases: Armando Guerrero

He was in a relationship with Tammy for about 2 years. He was being employed as an Electrician for about 8 years. According to Tammy, she is not aware of any domestic violence with Armando prior relationship. Tammy expressed is the first time she has encounter a domestic dispute with Armando. She described their relationship as good before the incident.

The reporter stated there was an incident when Mrs. Sterling sent a 15 year old boy that Briana wanted to go to homecoming with text messages about her breast. The reporter also stated there was an incident when Mrs. Sterling dropped Briana off at a party she was not invited to because the host did not want to deal with her mother. The reporter stated Briana knew the owners of the home and she was not injured or harm while attending the party. A 911 call was placed shortly after midnight. When paramedics arrived, Tammy was unresponsive. Paul and Karla claimed they had fallen asleep downstairs in the rec room and were awakened by the sounds of Karla’s 15 year old sister Tammy “choking”. Tammy was taken in an ambulance to the hospital, and Karla’s parents rode along with her. R/s Denyelle allowed Kevon back in the home on June 24th, and was he given a trespassing notice. R/s Kevon was arrested on 06/27/2016 and charged with Domestic violence, malicious injury, and trespassing. R/s Denyelle is four to five months pregnant.

R/s July 3rd-8th Danielle (4) and Josiah (5) were staying in Georgia with Judy and Felicia Wilson. R/s Felicia beat Mariah with an electrical cord and Mariah has scratches on her back and bruised buttock. R/s Danielle (mom) took the child to ER and trying to press charges against Felicia.

Upon our arrival, we were met by a Hispanic female adult identified as by her Nevada drivers license as Maria Ochoa. Ochoa stated that she and her sixteen-year-old daughter (Jasmine Henriquez) had been in a been in a verbal argument that turned physical. Ocha stated that argument started over Henriquez wanting to go to a party and Ocha told her no. Ochoa stated that when she told Henriquez she could not go, she became angry and said: "even if you tell me no I'm still going". Ochoa went on to say that she caught Henriquez trying to sneak out of the house at about 2230 hours. Ochoa stated that she confronted Henriquez and attempted to prevent Henriquez from leaving by pulling her shirt. At this point, Ochoa stated that is when Henriquez grabbed her right wrist with her left hand and began to punch Ochoa in her right arm with her right closed fist. Ochoa stated her youngest son Jonathan Ochoa (12/13/006) was present at the time of the incident. Ochoa stated that Henriquez took off in an unknown vehicle and left in an unknown direction. Ochoa had a Nevada plate of 371-08B, However that plate did not give a return.
