Donald Trump has said many things that many would consider unwise. One of his famous quotes was, “Likewise, tremendous infectious disease is pouring across the border. The United States has become a dumping ground for Mexico and, in fact, for many other parts of the world."1 That is just one example of how Trump, though he is undeniably a fantastic business man, would make a poor president. For though he is undoubtedly one of the best, if not the best, businessmen in the world, Donald John Trump, Sr. is simply not suited for the world of politics. The reason he is not suited for that world is because he is commonly seen as racist, lacks common sense, and is completely uneducated in politics.
The first point that is in need of being addressed, is that Mr. Trump has the reputation to be a racist person. While there is normally some bias as to whether or not a person’s comments are racist, Trump has taken away any benefit of the doubt that he had when he made this comment:
This was evident just this week when, as an example, a young woman in San Francisco was viciously killed by a five-time deported Mexican with a long criminal record, who was forced back into the United States because they didn’t want him in Mexico. This is merely one of thousands

That was a fact that was blatantly evident if some of his speeches about border control. Trump has spoken of border control very poorly, with his thoughts on the matter seeming to be racist. However Trump may feel personally about the border, what he has to realize is that now he is not only speaking on the behalf of himself, he is speaking on the behalf of a country. A country that has maintained very good relations with the Mexican government, and would be unwise to suddenly break off those relations because Donald Trump cannot stop saying things that are slanderous towards the Mexican government, such as the following quote from one of Trump’s
One of the scariest things about Trump saying all these things is that there's so many people out there that think these things and when they see someone who's running for president, they feel like their opinion is validated. This causes increased racism and xenophobia amongst the population. This is dangerous because people also feel like they can also now act upon these things; for example someone may feel like it is okay to beat up a muslim because Trump, a presidential candidate, spoke openly of his racist opinion toward
This is the first out of the many reasons regarding why Trump isn’t appropriate as president. Trump has a long record of being a provocateur on matters of race and ethnicity. Therefore, it is no surprise that even on his social media, Twitter, he mentions that blacks and latinos commit the most crime in America. Also, during his campaign trail he made many racist comments. During the launch, he called mexican immigrants “rapists” who are bringing drugs and crime to the US. His campaign focuses on building a wall to keep these immigrants out of the US. Trump also called a ban on all muslims from entering the US. Then in 2011, Trump started the birther conspiracy questioning whether or not president Obama was born in America, which many citizens viewed as a racially charged insult against the first African American president. Not only is Trump racist, but he lacks morality. He has repeatedly bulldozed a certain area for his own use. For example, he has recently destroyed areas of minority communities in order to build casinos and hotels. Furthermore, Trump has often spoken out against affordable healthcare for American citizens who are poor.
Donald Trump is a very successful business man that is just trying his hand in politics this election. He was born in Queens, New York on the fourteenth of June in 1946 and later graduated business school at the Warton School of Finance. Other than the acting chairman and president of his own organization, Trump has become a successful author of over 15 bestselling books including “The Art of the Deal.” He is also an Emmy nominee for his show “The Apprentice” which coined the phrase “you’re fired!”(“About Donald J. Trump”). Though he may not have much governing experience, he sure has gotten a lot
April 2015 was the year Donald Trump, the Republican, announced to the public his serious interest in joining the 2016 presidency election. Trump 's highest interest is immigrants crossing the U.S.-Mexico border, and states they are "criminals.” He blames the race of Mexicans of robbing Americans jobs, and treating Americans like babies (Miller, n.pag.). What he does not know, is that not all Mexicans are "criminals," and we are not robbing Americans ' jobs. Most of us come to United States to work our hardest, and get a better job. Trump not only is he a racist, but he also has made many unprofessional actions and decisions. We should not be voting for Donald Trump because his ruthless actions against immigrants are strongly affecting our society and segregating most races within each other. He can be a dangerous future president who is carelessly choosing between the white American and Mexican.Trump shows a high interest in segregation among all races and blames most of the unemployed by allowing Mexicans to “take over”.
I love whenever President Trump says something about Mexicans in any of his speeches. Taken from “Fear and Latino Stereotypes on the Campaign Trail” on Media Education Foundation, one such amazing quote is from Trump’s presidential announcement speech, in which he states that Mexico is “sending people that have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems [to] us. They’re bringing drugs, They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists.” I feel like I fall short of these views Trump has on Mexicans, but also as a Mexican American in general. Apparently, the correct way to view any Mexican man is to go by the fact that we are criminals.
If you look at it from another point of view, you could say that he is not an ordinary politician. Yes, Donald Trump is not ordinarily what you would expect from a candidate. Which is a good thing, he expresses himself, even when it is unnecessary, rude, or selfish. He is willing to negotiate because he believes what he feels is right. So with that being said you can predict that he wont give up on his goal, his dream, or America even if his goals are unreasonable. Despite the fact that he is probably one of the most hated men in the United States, he does not let that stop him. So no he might not make the best president, but he will not make the
Mexicans. For Example, Trump said, “When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending the best, they’re not sending you, they’re sending people that have lots of problems and they’re bringing those problems with us, they’re bringing drugs, they’re bring crime, they’re rapists… And some, I assume, are
President Barrack Obama did not abuse his executive powers in protecting undocumented immigrants. President Obama wanted illegal children to be protected, yet he stated that his decision would only provide temporary protection. He knew that he would have to reform immigration, and DACA would not be a pathway to receive citizenship. However, Obama knew his policy could be rejected after a new president would take office. Shortly After, the 45th President was not welcomed with the usual open arms of the American people, due to his generalizations. In 2016, during his presidential campaign, Trump called Mexicans “Rapist” and “Criminals.” It also seemed he had experienced tensions with other minorities such as Arabs. Even though the majority of undocumented immigrants has risen from Asia, Trump’s decision on DACA singles out a racial group for discrimination, particularly Mexicans.
Donald trump will not be an effective president because he is a racist. He started on live television that all Mexicans will be deported if he was elected president, so if a person is illegally in these united states, they will be deported. He also said on television that he would build a wall to keep out the Mexicans that would try to come back to the united states. He said that “when Mexicans sends its people, they’re not sending the best they’re not sending
But his racist views aren't just targeted towards one race, he has made continuous ill-mannered remarks about Hispanics along with those from the Middle East, especially people of the Islamic religion. He promises to build a wall along the Mexican border to keep illegal immigrants out and to place bans that would prevent Muslims from entering the country. Yet Trump still claims he is “the least racist person.”
To clarify, why don’t we start a small introduction about this guy and his speeches about immigration. First of all, Trump is a candidate for president of the United States, which is in a high position to speak up for things that may be causing many problems in the USA. As a candidate, Trump must say what he is willing or going to do after becoming a president of the United Sates. Moreover, he says many things and there is a thing that we want to point it out as a main point of our research. Trump says,” We need to stop giving legal immigrant visas to people bent on causing us harm. From the 9/11 hijackers, to the Boston Bombers, and many others, our immigration system is being used to attack us”(Trump’s website). This quotation shows us how Trump feels about immigrants and their intention about coming to the USA. Which makes us think about the consequences later on. More importantly, trump’s ideas about immigration are unrealistic; this paints a negative image or reputation of all other immigration groups.
Donald Trump made several claims recently that the population of illegal immigrants in the U.S. has risen to thirty million or more. He claimed that the government had no grasp on the population of illegal immigrants, and that he’s seen those estimates in several papers and other sources. The Department of Homeland Security disagreed, saying that their calculations of illegal immigrants took a lot of factors into account. Even with a plus or minus one million margin, there was no way possible for the number of illegal immigrants to have tripled without them knowing. Several other major research organizations agreed, saying they also came up with estimates very close to the eleven million estimate given. No one is really sure where exactly Trump got these outrageous and wildly inaccurate claims, but they are almost certain that he is incorrect. I think Trump will always be a racist figurehead, constantly spewing misinformation because he knows the general public will eat it up. He spent some time in probably what is mostly a white supremacist Texas town, and suddenly came back with unfounded overestimates of the population of illegal immigrants. This does not surprise me, nor should it surprise anyone else.
The world has been abuzz with Donald Trump’s controversial political antics ever since he announced he would run for president in June of 2015. Generally speaking, most would assume that since he is an American leader, he is only affecting Americans. I disagree. Someone in such a high position of power saying such hateful things can validate others agreement or embolden them to speak their equally offensive thoughts. Adversely, those being targeted can feel enraged, terrified, and hopeless because no one has stopped him. Those who fall under the labels Trump belittles do not exist in one place, but rather spread around the globe, which brings me to my first point. Analyzing his actions reveals a common theme when it comes to minorities. Immigration,
Many Americans have had it with career politicians and the political correct creed in which they swim. For so many elected officials – especially those on the state and federal levels, politics is not just a job, but a career.
When going on this elections the characters that most affected the run for president. There was one that affected this time which was Trump as I talk about in the other paragraph. Trump worded harsh words to the latinos around america. The one of hundreds of things that he said in the article 9 outrageous” when mexico sends its people they’re not sending their best”. There came to include more ideas that Trump said like “ i will make Mexico pay how the wall. The effect in the election was more in words. Quora said Trump said “They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists. And some, I assume, are good people”. There been people like Andrew Mckenzie that had a abondantes amount of word about Trump”When Mexico sends its people" Mexico isn't sending anybody. That's a huge falsehood. The reality is, individuals in Mexico are deciding, based on their own free will and ambition, to move to a completely different country” he said. He also said” Actually, no. Setting aside the fact that Mexico isn't sending anyone, the people who come here often are the "best". In fact, the term "brain drain" describes precisely this kind of scenario” he add. When looking at people that are effect of all this drama of people being from Mexico. Trump came to include all the latinos to baden the country when he knows that the white community not came to feel races time like others color people
