A personal assessment of 91 was achieved. This is somewhat expected and a result of past experiences. Morale can shape the goals. There is always a battle going on between job satisfaction and job security. Each has its indirect value to the organization. Job satisfaction has the biggest impact on the organization. The military is probably the greatest example managing the morale of the organization. Failure should not be an option. In any organization, high more is the difference between accomplishing goals, and taking a wait and see attitude that is evident in the 2.6 and 3.4 range of the morale survey (Manning, 2014). When soldiers kick in doors to accomplish the missions, the very difficult and dangerous task are achieved only by placing high trust in the leadership. Education is on the opposite end of the spectrum from a military operation, but the components are very
Global warming is not myth, but is a real thing. Scientists have proven that over and over global warming is real. According to scientific reports 11 out of 12 years have ranked among the warmest on record. This increase temperature has many effects on the environment. Global warming creates nature?s imbalance and it has big impact on weather. Global warming is big part of the reason for sudden heat waves, storms and floods. I would advise Carolyn to study the makeup of our changing nation and evidence of this as seen in our neighborhoods. She should make an effort to learn more about the new cultural groups moving into the community and school so that she is informed and better able to serve the changing community. It’s not enough just to know which groups comprise the community, but she should learn the customs and provide communication in different languages as well. However, it’s not just Carolyn that needs to make this effort, her staff needs to do the same and purposely include all groups within the school atmosphere. The knowledge that the school leaders are willing to make an extra effort to learn about different cultural groups, new students, and their

Thurston County will create and maintain a reserve for the general fund that is equal to one month of the budget annual expenditures. The reserve will serve the purpose of the financial stabilization account to safeguard against possible revenue shortages
G4S has been the vendor at the AJAC facility since 2007. During the first seven years of our service to the state we had no issues receiving payment for the medical services we provided via our contract with DYS.
The Arizona Legislature is now at day 32, which is more than 30% of the way towards the “mythical” 100-day legislative session. Arizona is one of a few states whose legislature has no constitutional or statutory end date. The Legislature starts the year off with a rule stating session shall last 100 days, the rule is often amended and the 100-day goal missed.
The city of Louisville hosts approximately 100 special events for the community every year. The events bring millions of dollars to the economy and range from the Kentucky Derby, Iron Man, World Feast, University of Louisville events, concerts, and many more. In the year 2014, sixteen people were killed every week by train accidents. Chelsea is a small suburban town in the state of Alabama. It is located just miles south of one of Alabama's largest cities, Birmingham. There are many railroad crossings located in the city of Chelsea, but the crossing located on Highway 377 is not up to date on safety features. The plan is to use Chelsea’s Public Works leftover to build crossing gates and warning signals, and since there is money left a donation will be given to the Chelsea schools.

Marie Jansen (“Ms. Jansen”), is a Junior Recruiter at Sourceline Employment Services, Inc. head-hunting at the executive level. Ms. Jansen was a clerical assistant in the Human Resources office at Hamilton Investments, until 6 months ago or so, until late October 2015. Ms. Marie was there about 3 years. Among Ms. Jansen’s functions was that if someone signed a contract or a form that was supposed to be dropped off at Human Resources she was supposed to get this. It was customary for Ms. Jansen, with forms, to Xeroxed those forms, and placed the originals in the proper mailbox, depending on what it was. Then she always placed copies, or the originals if that was more appropriate, in the employee's file.
