1. Performance. The driving constraint on this project is the performance. The most important aspect of this project is that the warehouse is able to quickly find needed products. Also, have the plant manager collaborate with the safety committee members to conduct monthly safety training. OSHA requires yearly training for all employees. Documentation is needed when training occurs. It is important to note that each mandatory training session depends on the type of product manufactured. Some firms may require more training while other may not. However, there are OSHA training topics required by every organization regardless of the type of organization or product they produce. It would be in the best interest of the safety committee to organize a monthly safety calendar to include a safety training class for the whole plant each month on different security topics. Most importantly you must remember health and safety when storing stock. You must ensure that items are kept away from flammable liquids away from heat, keep storage of dangerous substances to minimum and label any potentially hazardous substances as such.
