Ethics can be defined as the principles, norms, and standards of conduct governing an individual or group. Business ethics involves employees, managers, and other important members of the organization. In the ethics simulation one was responsible for making important decisions regarding the company G-BioSport. Before making these decisions one had to go through four different lenses and steps of the critical decision making process. These lenses included the Rights and Responsibility lens, the Results lens, the Relationship lens, and the Reputation lens. Scenario number one: I believe that in this scenario there is a moral obligation to act. I believe that as a police officer, even off duty, you know the laws and shouldn’t allow this to happen if you know it is wrong. I think that taking action is something that all police officers should do, even off duty because they are knowledgeable and know it isn’t the right thing to just let it go. This situation would require that the clerk at the counter gets in trouble because he is not abiding by the law. Selling these magazines isn’t a big deal, but it could be possible that this clerk was selling alcohol or cigarettes to minors as well. Goodwill is shown because it would be wrong for a cop to witness something he sees illegal happen, whether he is off duty or not he still knows the laws and the right thing to do would be to stop the clerk from selling minors the magazines. A deontologist would agree with me, all police officers should say something because they all have a duty to make sure others abide by the law. There should never be a situation in
On Thursday August 4, 2016, I was at work. I was informed that there was a young man asking for my work schedule (what days I worked and time) and what car I drove. After no information was given out to him (Tala Toilolo) left my work location in which shortly after Johnnie contacted a former co-worker and a current employee. He asked for the same information. Someone came to my job before my shift was over to watch out for me and inform me of everything she had heard Johnnie and affliates were after. This person warned me to "watch my back, to never be alone, and that whenever I go out whether it was work or anywhere else to not leave anywhere until I made sure my ride arrived ." If someone overhears all this and is friends with

The ethical dilemma is a situation by which it’s difficult to determine whether a situation is can be handled without disappointing both sides. Therefore, an ethical dilemma exists when the right thing to do is clear or when members of the healthcare team cannot agree on the right thing to do. Ethical dilemmas require negotiation of different points of view (potter, Perry, Stockert, & Hall 2011pg 78).

Competition has became evident and essential in the market of the world’s most important companies. It has allowed consumers to receive ultimate value from the goods and services that they are seeking. In my case study this competition is between two companies that produce ponchos for the fashion industry. The company that we are introduced with is named Tela and their running mate, Saira, is the Goliath of this market. Tela is trying to stay afloat and gain more customers as the underdog. Their plan to reach out to prospective customers is to introduce their new marketing strategy. This strategy includes Tela’s new mission statement which would make consumers aware of their core values and advantages over the Saira. Tela is owned by
