America is the best country. Everyone that does not live here should visit this beautiful place. It is amazing because of the freedom, tons of places to visit and of course the food! First, America is a place everyone should visit because all of the stuff to do. Some places to visit are the Grand canyon, Washington D.C., Mount Rushmore, Niagara Falls,Yellowstone Park, the Florida Everglades and many others. First, is the Grand Canyon, which is located in Arizona by the Colorado river. It is 277 miles long, 18 miles wide and 6,093 feet deep. That would be a bad fall! It is a huge rock sculpture of four of the best U.S. presidents, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln. It started being constructed in 1927 between 1934 and 1939 until the builder died after only finishing the heads of each president when originally the sculptures were supposed to be down to their waists. Fourth, is Niagara Falls. They are three huge waterfalls that are right on the border of New York and Canada. You can go on tours of the falls, but be warned you will get wet! Next is Yellowstone Park which runs through Wyoming, Idaho and Montana. It is the very first national park in the world, is over three thousand miles long and has been a park since around 1872. My parents brought us to this beautiful country for an opportunity to experience greener pastures and a chance to be grow out from poverty and deprivation---- and what a great “chance” we had had, great chance we are having and great chance we will have! The most stunning monument in our capital is the Washington Monument. At 555 feet high, it is the tallest such monument in the world.
