A land of safety, liberty, and pure happiness is all America standards. America provides a residency full of freedoms. It was a popular place to seek a new beginning. Many people came to the country to find something they had always longed for. They only saw America for its dream.

I enjoy being in America, the land of the free! My parents brought us to this beautiful country for an opportunity to experience greener pastures and a chance to be grow out from poverty and deprivation---- and what a great “chance” we had had, great chance we are having  and great chance we will have! This has been my home and I am proud to call this lovely country my home.

The most stunning monument in our capital is the Washington Monument. At 555 feet high, it is the tallest such monument in the world. It is an obelisk by shape, yet not a true obelisk because it is not carved out of a single stone. The monument was built at intervals between 1848 and 1885. It memorializes George Washington's achievements and his devotion to principles and to his country.

As a kid I have to many things to say about what america means to me, but in life I can always decide so america to me is the best land in the world because we have had a major history of many important people, everyday people risk their life here and protect us.Many people die for us to live, with all the history in america I can try to sum it down a bit to important times in history, George Washington our 1st president of the United States of America, born February 22, 1732 and sadly died December 14, 1799. After his death America changed for the better.

America is a wonderful place to live, because we are free. Freedom is important, and many people in other countries do not have much freedom. I am glad I have a place like this to grow up in; where I know that I can be equal with other races and other genders. Also, I am glad I have a place like this that will respect me and I know it will be a great place to have my children grow up in.

From what I had learned, Yellowstone National Park was the first national park ever to be established in the world. It had over 3,500 square miles of beautiful scenery and wildlife. The park itself was mostly located in Wyoming, however, less than 5% was located in Montana and Idaho.
