Interior design and architecture are essential, and often overlooked, aspects of everyday life. In modern society people rely on function, durability, and visual appeal when selecting designs for their homes, businesses, and places of leisure. The way that a space is designed influences such things as mood, which, in the case of a business, can impact the productivity of employees and either draw or repel customers. In residential design, the design becomes very personal and, to be considered a successful design, must properly reflect the home owner while at the same time offering some practicality that makes the space livable. An effective design, for any space, must solve some problem, be it function, flexibility, or some other criteria. Simply solving a problem would not please the customer, however, unless it offered some visual appeal. Creating function with style is the real job of any interior designer, and is essential in a content society.

Let us picture the open workspace. Instead of building costly concrete buildings, we will recreate the office environment. We will eliminate cubicles and set up open space for the employees. Employees would be able to work on a set of tasks together. For example, programmers in the company, most of the time, are in charge of only a small part of the whole project. If they cannot communicate well, it always doubles the time and the cost. In this respect, these key features make a good open space:

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. believed in having a “beloved community” in which everyone worked together to help one another. In my community, there are many ways that people are working together to build a his ideal society, such as different organizations that help to raise money or help to provide to people in need. Habitat for Humanity is one of the great organizations dedicated to helping people all throughout our community. Homelessness is a huge issue all over the world. I believe that if we work together to provide shelter for those who need it, we can help to create this ideal community.
Most clients prefer an hourly rate with a flexible cap, I usually charge $25US/hr. It was my understanding that you were more interested in a flat rate, which is feasible as well as long as it averages out to around that rate.
