Cosmetology has been my favorite thing to do since I was little. I love doing hairstyles and making people look fabulous. Since this is my last year in high school I want to plan things ahead, so that I know exactly what I want to do with my future. Cosmetology will always be something I want to do because I will always feel confident about how I look and feel about myself. I would love to learn new things about being a cosmetologist, so I can be a professional. When it comes to what I want I will do anything in my power to receive what I want. People should take advantage for the opportunities that are out there for them because in the future they are going to regret passing it up. I believe that if people achieve their goal and succeed they will get somewhere in life. I want cosmetology to be my career and there are …show more content…
There is no giving up on something you really want to do.I want to succeed and have no failures. I would love to learn more about my career and improve my skills. I’m following my dreams because I don’t want to end up in something that i wouldn’t be proud of doing. I personally think that studying cosmetology won’t feel like a job to me because i love doing hair and makeup and that is all I’m going to be concentrating on. The reason why i picked career is because i am a hands on person I learn better if i am working with my hands. I know that I will be waking up every single morning with a smile on my face ready to go work because I finally made my dream come true. I know what are my strengths and weaknesses are; and by using my strengths my weaknesses will improve.Everybody make mistake and i would be delightful to learn from them, so I improve my skills. Ever since I have been growing up cosmetology has been a huge part in my life because in the future I plan on opening my own salon. When I was little I would draw pictures of me owning a salon. I plan on taking classes in business that way I know how to keep my
“You haven't done so well with passing classes and that’s an issue, you have a decision to make, you can either stay at lakewood and not graduate on time, or you can move to an alternative school to make up the credits you need.” The words that no high school student want to hear. As a high school student, school was not my best interest. Yes, i can say that i was interested and determined to get done with my high school year and go to college and continue to persuade my dream in either becoming a cosmetologist or become in the culinary fields, but that didn’t go as planned. As the days go by everything becomes a challenge, School work gets harder along with the classes, also understanding everything that you learn even gets harder. Most people
I chose cosmetology because I think it is fun and I like the idea of transforming yourself if
Esthetician is a very demanding and challenging career; however I really feel that the rewards are actually great in the end. I also want to embark on this career and as a preliminary step I have used internet and books to gather details about the profession before making my serious decision of becoming an esthetician. I am eager to pursue a career by virtue of which I am able to care and assist people to become and feel ‘good’. Esthetician is a profession for reliable, dedicated, and trusting people who are capable to develop cordial relationships with masses quickly. I possess all these skills genuinely and thus I want to make a difference to people in improving their image, enhancing their self-confidence, and overall health. I am confident of embracing this real world challenge and to take benefits of these opportunities and transformations by utilizing them to excel in my career as an esthetician.
Every since I was a child I have had a passion for doing other people’s hair. When I was little I would use my baby dolls as clients and work on their hair until it was perfect and neat. I have chosen to be in the cosmetology field because I like to help other people with their needs and wants as well as mine. I am aware that while working in this industry I will work with many different ethnic groups and many different hair types. I feel I can do anything as long as I have the determination to do so. Many people go to cosmetology school to work for someone else, but I would like to open up a mini-salon out of my own home someday.
A career is something everyone should want. With a career you are able to pay things and take care of your family. In my career I plan to be a hairstylist and make-up artist. I’ve want to be a hairstylist/makeup artist since I was ten years old. I love doing hair and makeup to show my different skills. I want to have a good job to be able to support my family and get nice things.
Even if you can't make a living off the thing that makes you happy you should still keep it apart of your life. For instance if you can't become an artist, an athlete, or a author. It doesn't mean you have to stop. It means that their is something else in life you were meant to do. For me I'm a soccer player and I have been playing since I was 8 I keep on planning to play til College. Where I find the career that I want which I have decided on being a Physical Therapist Assistant, Engineer, or an entrepreneur. My dad wants me to be an Entrepreneur because it's a very smart job to have and I really like PTA so I haven't decided which I will in college where I will learn a lot more about the job. I like PTA because I will still be around sports
The day I realized I wanted to be a cosmetologist, I came up with a plan that consisted of several steps I needed to take in order to put it in action. Well, the first step was to meet with my advisor. I had to tell her that my class, ACA 090 has opened my eyes and made me realize I was presuming the
Cosmetology is fun and It’s a great way to express your creativity. There are so many styles and ways to do things in cosmetology. I’ve always loved to do hair and make-up, I like to do a lot of experiments and that’s why cosmetology is so interesting to me. These past couple weeks I’ve learned so much about cosmetology. I had the chance to meet so many talented people. I’ve also had the chance to go to places that are known for their awesome work. I’ve even experienced the life before becoming a cosmetologist. Its been a great life changing experience and I’ve learned so much from it.
California. The state that’s known for its palm trees and beaches. That’s where I learned about the next chapter of my life. When I first arrived to California, the atmosphere and culture caught me off guard. Seeing all my friends made me feel welcome and thrilled to live in such a beautiful place. I knew from the moment I got into the taxi with my sister that I wanted to take photos for a living there. My love of California came to be because of my experience during senior year, having the opportunity to visit with my sister and seeing the culture there, and the goals I want to reach in the near future.
Hannah Dever’s dreams of opening her own florist shop was inspired by a teacher. “Mrs. Fristch has really inspired me to become a florist.” She explained. Some of them just develop a high passion for things early in life. Katie Creech, who plans to become an art therapist or a tattoo artist said “I’ve always loved art and helping people so I figured why not put the two together. But then again tattoos have become a passion of mine.” In choosing the right career to pursue it should always be one in which they’ll enjoy. They should want to go in and work, not feel that they have to only because they need the
This is why you should never give up on anything you do. You always try your hardest so you can make a good life better. This is why i believe you should never give on anything you do because if don't you could be washing dishes at McDonald's.if you try you could making it into the MLB,NFL,NHL or maybe a scientist at NASA. Like example you could be getting getting all A’s in college to be a NASA scientist and you have one bad day and an F on an assignment and you just give up next thing you know your a

Almost ten years ago, my senior year of high school I was asked the most terrifying question; “What are you going to do after graduation?” I thought this was a scary question because I didn’t know what I wanted to do. I did not enjoy school at the time, and I did not have the grades to get into a University like my others friends, so I settled with what I thought was the easiest and quickest at the time: Cosmetology School
Growing up and planning your future can be a hard thing to do, and with so many options it can be confusing and stressing. Good thing I’ve narrowed down my options. Growing up is a challenge especially in these times. One has to carefully plan one's future. The good thing is we are still young and have the opportunity to start a career and change it if we lose the interest we held in it. I am one of the millions of teenagers that has no clue as to what's going to happen once we graduate from high school, although I do have backup plans ready just in case. I've chosen three careers I want to mainly focus on Medicine as a Nurse Practitioner, Military as a Mechanic, and Art Departments as an Art Therapists.
