Introduction Header- In my opinion, I would recommend a ferret because they are so cute to have as pets, but they might be hard to take of them. I hope that people would have responsibility for a ferret as a class pet.These cute ferrets are actually great pets as long you pay close attention.

The Black-Footed Ferret is an endangered species. Devotion is a word that is usually associated with nuns, the way they completely live their life for one single purpose. The friendly neighborhood Golden Retriever also lives his life in a deeply devoted way to serve and protect his family, the way the nun serves her god. Devotion can be described as zealous or ardent in attachment, loyalty, or affection. Devotion also describes me and the way I live my life. But unlike the nun or the Golden Retriever, I live my life devoted to almost everything around me, and it is a double edged personality trait. On one hand, you see promise and the good traits in the people and opportunities around you. You want to help and see these people and things thrive, grow, and succeed. From the second you meet

Thank you for allowing me to work with the ferrets this year. I’m excited. However, I was wanting to know what I’m suppose to do to take care of the ferrets? I know little about them and I want to make sure I do a good job. I don’t want to do something wrong and maybe hurt them without meaning to.

For years feral hogs have succeeded at expanding in population. The feral hogs will continue to adapt to many environments and climates. Do to recent studies scientist have shown an estimate of 614,000 and 1.4 million feral hogs in Oklahoma. Large populations of feral hogs have been spreading across the state from the Southeast to the Northwest. Being able to determine the different characteristics between domestic, feral and Russian hogs is sometimes difficult because the DNA, skull measurements and the outside of the body.

5 to 6 years ago I got two ferrets, they were named Natasha and Boris, it was was awesome to have two ferrets. We had a ferret cage with a tiny ball pen for them, we also had two tubes so the ferrets could climb through into the ball pin. The cage was huge it was big enough to fit a person in it.The first year was awesome there were lots of times we got them out of the ferret cage and a lot of fun was had. They used to play in the ball pen and we used to watch them, they would get the balls everywhere and our chiquaquas liked them as well they also played with the ferrets, one day they even escaped their cage once and crawled to me when I was across the house.He scratched my leg so I would notice him. We moved the ferret cage to the side table

The grey-headed flying-fox can be found mainly along the south-east coast of Australia. From western Victoria, through New South Wales and up to Rockhampton in central Queensland. During the last few years, the grey-headed flying-fox has also been recorded from Adelaide.

In the morning I got to observe Microsporum canis undern a microscope. One of the vet techs named Patty set up a wet mount, she first placed a few drops of lactophenol cotton blue onto her slide and then grabbed cellophane tape, with sticky side down she pressed the tape onto the center of a colony. She then placed the tape onto her slide and adjusted the microscope to high dry and examined the slide. I was able to see the macroconidia but they weren’t very well developed. An owners cat had been suffering with ring worm for a while and the owners been having trouble getting rid of it and wanted to see if there was still growth. The DTM had finished incubating and from what we saw under the microscope it was confirmed that there was growth.

Cats came to the United States from Europe. They came from Egypt before that, and they were treated very special in Egypt because one of their gods was a cat. This is when they got domesticated, which was almost 4,000 years ago. Even though they have been domesticated they still do what every living thing does. In order for cats to survive they must get energy, move and grow, adapt to the environment protect themselves and reproduce.

The Black Cat, written by Edgar Allen Poe, is a short story about a man, also the narrator, who starts out by living a “happy” life with his wife and favorite black cat, Plato. Although, he begins to be consumed by his drinking and becomes irritable. The black cat used to be by his side but now avoids him. This irritability leads him into becoming overly aggressive, which results in him hurting and murdering the cat. Then, a second cat appears who looks the same as Pluto but with a white spot on his chest. Eventually, the man starts to feel anger towards the cat and attempts to murder him with an axe, but his wife stops him. Unfortunately, his wife was hit in the head. The man then decides to bury his dead wife in his basement wall. He thinks he has got away with murder, but in the end, one learns that he had accidentally buried the cat alive with his wife. The cat reveals his hiding spot when he is caught by the police. Although it seems that the main character has committed these actions solely from alcoholism, it is obvious that there are signs he is also suffering from a mental illness.
