I like the principle of the coaches in this film, some of them were a really series coach and some of them were like plain coach. If I were a music student and I have to choose ones of the coaches I would had chose a series coach forever, because I know that the series coach when I make a mistake and he anger to me around my classmate I directly know he never means make me funny in class, he did that because he wants me find a way to how I con not make a mistake again. The other thing is he could anger to me in just in class, he would not get anger to me around so many people in the theater. He wants me imagine myself every time when I get in class until I get out that I am in the theater right now, and I shouldn’t make a mistake, just trying
It all started when i was in fourth grade. It all changed what inspired me came by whole big dream that i wanted to be successful at. I was at school just a normal day, and it was times to go to PE, and my coach got out a circular ball that i had never seen in my life. It was kinda colorful, it had some weird word written on it, but i couldn't see from where i was standing. My coach handed us each one of these balls, and coach called them volleyballs. My coach told us what to do and what not to do, so i was at this net, and just gave the ball a high five because that's what he said to do. Coach came over to me, and kinda directed me through and told me it was called a serve. That day i went home thinking about it, and i decided i want to do

As the scene changes to the home of head coach, Coach Jones, we see an example of role conflict in the way the Coach Jones is a husband, teacher, father and a coach; all three take a lot of time to do well. He also exhibits role salience when he seems to rank his roles from most to least important; the most important being football coach at the moment.
Music, editing, and camera angles are used by Chazelle to explore the effects of a volatile and manipulative student-teacher relationship. The cinematography and music used throughout the scene intensify the volatile relationship
“Everyone in society should be a role model, not only for their own self-respect, but for respect from others.” ~ Barry Bonds. In this world bad situations occur frequently and it takes a good strong person to handle them in a mature way. Dealing with them this way not only shows that the person has self-control, but also makes them a good role model for people to look up to. For the coaching observation project I observed the head coach of the Ohio State Buckeyes, Urban Meyer. I watched him on TV when Ohio State played Penn State. The reason I selected Urban Meyer to do my coaching observation is because he is the coach I decided to model my coaching philosophy after. The reason I chose this game specifically is because this is a very important game and I want to see how he handles his team in high-pressure situations.
Over the last several years, the issue of employee motivation inside the workplace has been increasingly brought to the forefront. The reason why is because, globalization has been having an effect on the ability of firms to compete (which is placing more pressure on them). To deal with these challenges, most organizations are relying on their employees. The results are that those employers who are able to use this resource will be able to make adjustments quickly. I found out that I wanted to pursue a degree in sport management. HPS helped me look into possible career pathways within my major. This class helped me to learn more about future options I may have in sport management that I had never heard of. When I wrote my HPS 101 papers I ended up narrowing the list of possible career options for myself.
My experiences with my professional coaching sessions were very challenging to say the least. When I decided to begin graduate school, I never imagined I would be coaching my peers and they would be coaching me during my first quarter. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the experience and I learned a lot while participating. In my circle of friends, I am the one always handing out advice whether it is solicited or not. Because of this, I assumed these sessions would come natural to me. However, I learned by me forcing my opinion and advise on others I was trying to control them. Whitmore (2009), states
The movie plot surrounded the main character of Coach Boone, an African American football coach who transferred to a new school district that has just been desegregated. Coach Boone is a leader, not only as the head of a football team but an influence of positive change. He uses his legitimate power when first approaching his new team, then uses referent and reward power as team cohesion increases. He defined the team and set difficult goals with clear performance expectations when he tells the players he expects perfection. He accomplishes this perfection through leading and influencing others, like the team captains and his assistant coach. When Coach Boone first met his players he announced that no one would be cut from the team. He allowed his captains to decide who the undesirable members were and for them to decide to cut the players themselves. Coach Boone was also quick to identify his key stakeholders, the players. This allowed him to focus his efforts on the team atmosphere and organizational commitment and not on his new position.
