There are many benefits of being on a team. It is very beneficial to you and your team mates. Being a team player helps you accomplish things you never could have done alone.

Soccer always been a great part of my life. I play it since, I was three years old. My greatest moment was the final game of the district tournament. It was the first time for me and my teammates to make it that far. I had to act like I got it all under control since I was the captain of the team but I was shaking until the game started. The game went by fast, it was the minute 89 and it was a draw one to ne after my friend’s header goal from the corner kick. We had two minutes before we go to extra time and everyone in the field already so exhausted. Sport is incredible in how it can increase confidence, self-esteem, and overall health while teaching children a new ability of working with others as a team, taking direction, and doing things they never thought possible. I want to be able to show what sports is capable of teaching and the rewards that come along with it. The concept of team reveals what is achievable through solidarity that would be impossible in solitary.

Physical education classes are not enjoyed by all, in fact, some students do their best to get out of the class each day, but without this class, students would sit in school for seven hours a day with the only exercise being walking from class to class. While changing clothes and possibly getting sweaty may not seem productive for students who have spent an hour doing their hair, or feel awkward changing in front of others, this class provides positive ways of fighting obesity, releasing energy, retaining more academically, and learning discipline. Thus, students should be required to take physical education courses in high school.

Being able to deal with adversity, coach constantly reminds us, is what allows a soccer team to succeed. Not only have these words shown to be true on the soccer field, but the ability to overcome adversity may be one of the most important qualities one can have in life. This made me realize that not everything is going to come easy, and being able to recover from any sort of failure and reach my goals

Tara Stanielle Fox, a canadian hero who ran across the country on an artificial leg to raise money for cancer. Sadly, she had passed away before she could finish her run. Tara Fox will always be remembered for her determination, bravery, and perseverance. Did the previous sentences sound familiar? If they did, that's probably because they were about the famous canadian hero, Terry Fox, except they were about a woman, not a man. Terry Fox’s life would be very different if he was a woman because of gender inequality, feminism, and double standards.

Red foxes can be found throughout the United States from Alaska to Florida. The smallest population is in the Southwest, where it is not common to see a red fox. In New York state, a lot of red foxes can be found in places like upstate, long island and new Jersey in forests and therefore

Human-wildlife co-existence is become more and more common due to global environmental changes. The red fox is one of the agilest and adaptive mammals in existence. Over the years, the population of red foxes in North America is gradually increasing. Primarily their habitat is around the Arctic Circle; however, after incidences of glaciation, the change in temperatures necessitated the need to find new habitats. The red fox is also known as Vulpes vulpes has adapted to the urban life and now, it is not uncommon to spot a one or a whole park of red foxes in the North American woods.

Sam Fox owns the “Fox Concepts Restaurants,” they are located all around the phoenix area, and manly consisting in ten differences restaurant, with the same concept to Healthier Food and natural ingredients. I’m sure you have visited one of his restaurants, without even noticing.Because there are quite a few, and they variate from american food like “Zin Burger,” or Italian Cuisine like “North Italia,” till Mexican Cuisine like “Blancos,” and the newly addition to the family “Flower Child.”

The team concept is really present and important in this movie. We can see that the team presence is really helpful for each athlete. They encourage themselves when they do something good or wrong. We could see when one person was failing, the others would try to motivate him for the next time. There was a good connection between them and it helped them perform better. By giving tips to each other, they were all able to achieve the goals they wanted in every place they were.

It isn’t surprising that one of my biggest growing lessons came from soccer, but I think it is ironic that it was not while being a player. Soccer has been my passion for years and I now have a new respect for referees too. Incorporating lessons like these are what separate children from men, and I feel confident in myself to act more mature in the future.
