On August 4th, 1892, a horrific murder took place. On that day, a young woman named Lizzie Borden was accused for murder, but some think she is innocent. I believe Lizzie Borden is guilty. She did not have good relationship with her step-mother, there were no signs of anyone trying to break into the Borden home, and she was lying about where she was when the murder occurred, she said she was outside in the backyard but there were no footprints or anything to prove she was. Lizzie Borden is guilty and here are 3 reasons why.

Will Penn Adair Rogers born in Oologah Oklahoma on November 4, 1879.He went on to be one of America's favorite actors, showmen and comedian. Throughout his life, he inspired many people when he acted and entertained. He was soon given the nicknames, the Cowboy Philosopher, and Oklahoma's favorite son(Editors, 2014).

Bonnie Parker met her soon to be husband her second year of high though though shortly into she dropped out. She was married six days after her sixteenth birthday to Roy Thornton. His brushes with law and being gone left their marriage short lived. Although shortly after their marriage he was arrested and sentenced to jail time. Though they never divorced they never saw each other again after January 1929. She still wore her wedding ring until the day she died even while being separated from Roy.

In 1983 Sally Ride was the first female astronaut in American history, Sally Ride in space. Setting the base for all young girls and woman to have confidence in believing they could do anything men could even though labeled as “just girls”. Ride was one of the primary sources of woman empowerment in that time period. Sally ride was a extremely important woman in the 1980’s to the U.S, her becoming an astronaut has lead to gobs of realizations of what women can do now. Ride was the first woman to join NASA in the United States.

Lizzie Borden was accused of murdering her step mother and father with a hatchet on August 4, 1892. While on trial, the jury found her innocent, but many other people think her to be guilty. I think that Lizzie Borden is innocent of the murder of Andrew and Abby Borden because she loved her father, didn’t have a problem with her stepmother, and there was no physical evidence found at the crime scene. Lizzie Borden was found innocent by law, so why should it be questioned?

Her name was Clara Barton.she was born December 25 1821 and died on April 12 1821.Sins a child Clara devoted her life for others and always was nice.And when Clara was done teaching some men would ask her if she wanted to marry them but Clara said no to all of them because she was independent.

Clara Barton was born on December 25, 1821 in Massachusetts. She was born into a family of four, two brothers and two sisters. Her parents were Stephan and Sarah Barton, a militia man and a home maker. Stephan was a non-commissioned officer in the French and Indian Wars, which made his soilder habits and tastes hard to dismiss. He had a love for horses and became one of the first to introduce blooded stocks, with large lands in England, he raised his own colts and highlanders. He told Clara many war stories, he even drew maps, made models of battles and explained war strategies. Some of her first memories are of thunder storm which looked like a whole heaven full of angry rams , marching down upon her.1

Upon close examination, many of the changes made from the supporting role of Fay to the leading role of Penny can boil down to two overarching themes: sexual repression and heterosexual coupling.
