The smoky mountains, one of the main attractions of Tennessee, its enormous but one cannot fail to notice the wonders of nature within it. One you walk the peaceful trails it offer you cannot fail to admire the wonderful experience. The air is filled with happiness and laughter, where one is walking

Naturally historic, beautiful and entertaining, the Appalachian Mountains have long represented a place where life could be lived simply. It is a different lifestyle with its own charm. It is a place where time seems to slow down, and where no population has perfected the skills quite like the friendly people of these storied mountains.

Has anyone here ever, heard the words, Smoky Mountains. If so, then they are either referring to my National Park, or Global Warming. The Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the only National Park that has Geysers that spit up smoke. It also is the only Park with an excessively long name. Now you may be wondering why the Great Smoky Mountains are great. You can look around, to find a Park that has a nice place to Camp, Fish, have a Picnic, but almost all of them are either uncomfortable, have no maps, really, really close to the edge of a cliff, or, you may just want to find a different place. But you won't find another place as warm, embracing, and fun. Well, so far you could classify it as The Grand Canyon. Another reason the Great Smoky

Like I said in my introduction, this paragraph will be about when I went shopping multiple times with my family. I know it might sound dumb for a first paragraph but, too me it was awesome. That's because, I love spending time with my family, especially when we're all getting along. Let me break down this day for you. First it was a good morning, my mom made me breakfast and everyone was in a good mood. My Brother was happy, my Dad was being hilarious, and my Mom just seemed like she was having a great time. Then we all got dressed, I was making sure that I looked extra stunning. So we get into the car and my favorite song comes on “Despacito” so my family and I all started singing it together. About an hour later we get to the South lake Mall and we went to four stores, Hollister, Vans, Journeys, and American Eagle. My Mom, Brother, and I all went to those four stores while my Dad went shopping somewhere else. It was going well , we were all having a fantastic time together. Then once we were done shopping we went to McDonald's got some food because, who doesn't adore McDonald`s right? Then we headed back home, it was a great day and for sure one of my favorite memories from this Summer. Keep in mind my family and I did this like 2 or 3 times this year, so it was extra fun.

The Appalachian region is a beautiful, rugged terrain that has much to offer in the way of tourism. The area is home to many different types of wildlife attracting game hunters, fisherman, and wildlife enthusiasts. Some species include bass, trout, deer, bear, squirrel, and many other types of animals. The area is also known for its wild vegetation including May Root and Ginseng which are still used for medicinal purposes. The natural beauty and mystery of the mountainous area has been attracting hikers and campers for many years. As well there are many other activities for people to enjoy such as whitewater rafting, New River Gorge jumping, bird watching, ATV riding and stargazing. Gatlinburg, Tennessee is encompassed by multiple mountain ranges, with the Le Conte and Sugarland Mountain emerging to the South, “Cove Mountain to the West, Big Ridge to the Northeast, and Grapeyard Ridge to the East.” The Sugarlands, which lie to the south of Gatlinburg, is underlain by Roaring Fork sandstone. This rock, like other formations throughout the Appalachian expanse, is composed of ancient ocean sediments thats are approximately one billion years old.

Who wouldn't want to take a vacation in the Smoky Mountains? The smokies have been there for a very long time. In the mountains there's still historical landmarks. Many plants and animals have inhabited the mountains and made them their home. The Smokies have many interesting and fun attractions and things to do. The history of the smokies are quite interesting to listen to and hear about. The smoky mountains are a beautiful place to visit.

A park in Virginia with more than 500 miles of fantastic trails is the Shenandoah National park. This park is located in Virginia. It is a great place to visit if you're interested in wildlife. I have always wanted to visit Virginia.

The Pennsylvania Grand Canyon is such a beautiful site. It is one of the top tourist attractions in Pennsylvania. Most people escape the city to enjoy the gorgeous scenery. Tourist, when they venture to the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon go with their families, friends, and or their significant other. Families normally spend their free time hiking, biking, boating, and or just enjoying the fresh mountain air the canyon has to offer. The attractions of the PA Grand Canyon are phenomenal many people when visiting the canyon go to the Colton Point. The Colton Point is a lookout on the west side of the canyon, and the Leonard Harrison is on the east side of the canyon offering you beautiful views of the PA Canyon. Another popular attraction in the Canyon is the Pine Creek Rail Trail, which is used for biking and hiking. The PA Grand Canyon is huge just the gorge alone is 47 miles. The whole thing alone is about 160,000 acres. The canyon begins south of Ansonia, near Wellsboro, along U.S. Route 6 and continues south.

Luckily, there is plenty of park, thinly laced by 384 miles of mountain roads. You can pull off the road, park the car, and stroll one of Great Smoky's many Quiet Walkways, quarter-mile paths into what the signs call a “little bit of the world as it once was.” Eight hundred miles of hiking trails, from a half-mile to 70 miles long, also give you that world. Relatively few visitors walk the trails; most prefer to stay in their cars.
