Based on technique of fairness or justice approach by Greek philosopher Aristotle “equal should be treated equally and unequal’s unequally".According to author, important work on values and ethics that held the justice and morality. The principles of justice and fairness related to ideas of fair decision and "fair play" that should exchange to avoid the discrimation and misunderstanding among the group. Many question and dilemma are focused on the option and fairness. Is the particular curiosity is fair? Greg should be equal to all other group member and should give Natalie her grade that she deserve. Every individual should be treated in same way, unless their difference arises to the situation which they are into .for example: if

Have you ever wondered what would happen if everyone was equal? Sounds like a perfect society right? well, it's, not! The quote by Samuel Johnson says that “It is better that some should be unhappy rather than that none should be happy, which would be the case in a general state of equality.” This relates to the texts The Giver and “Harrison Bergeron” by proving that true equality should not be reached.

The chosen art piece, from Roman origin, is titled “Dionysus” and portrayed Dionysus, the god of wine, with his follower Pan. This artwork is a great example of Greek art’s influence in Roman artwork. The main elements of Greek’s naturalistic art, specifically of High Classical period, are rendered beautifully in this piece combined with distinctive elements from verism, unique to Roman art. So, the idealism of Greek art and the individualism of Roman art come together to create an art piece that is divine, mythical, and yet very human and therefore, relatable.
Greg Gage explains that the brain is a fascinating organ. He adds that not much is known about how the brain works because neuroscience is not being taught in schools. This is because the equipment needed to study neuroscience is extremely complex and expensive that this research is only completed at large institutions and major universities. In order to use these tools, one must devote their life and study for about six years to gain access to these materials. His lab partner and himself brought it upon themselves to create an affordable, simplified version of this equipment that virtually anybody could use. They created a company called Backyard Brians that uses ”DIY” neuroscience equipment. He wanted to put his new technology to use, so
Equality is not earned or achieved easily. However, it is like a law. Often people assume they are better than someone else, but are taught otherwise. Society judges one another to the point where they believe they are more prevalent than someone else. In the book To Kill a Mockingbird, fairness and equality is confused, and not treated right.
In my opinion, fairness was not apart of the theme in Kelly Link’s story, “Secret Identity.” The main character of the story, Billy Faggart, is a fifteen-year-old girl who has been chatting online with a thirty-four year old man named Paul Zell, in a game called "FarAway." Billy was pretending to be her older sister, Melinda, who is a high school teacher. Billy was wrong to trick such a lonely man into thinking that he was in love with her, when she is only fifteen. Kelly Link’s stories "Secret Identity," and “The Summer People,” are similar in that they represent themes of justice, equality, and redemption. In, “The Summer People,” redemption is portrayed when Fran leaves Ophelia and then feels guilty. Fran then lies to Ophelia saying she
Fair does not always mean equal. Fair and equal are not the same this can be illustrated in the similarities and differences between Harrison Bergeron by Kurt Vonnegut and Martin Luther King Jr's “I Have a Dream speech.”
3. The Equity principle establishes that all students should have fair, not necessarily equal, access to educational opportunities no matter the color of their skin, nature of their disability, the wealth or income of their parents, or geographic area in which they reside.
To me fairness is the quality of making your judgments that is free from discrimination. I feel fairness is important because if things are not fair people would not get along and this would cause a lot of confusion through out the world. If we don't have fairness then we wont have justice.
2. "Equality" always involves "emulation" (rivalry, enmity) in ancient Athens. During that time you were allowed to go against someone who was higher or lower than you, you did not have to go against someone who was equal. To go against someone who was lower than you decreased your reputation and honour because it would be as if you were picking on someone. If you went against someone who was higher than you, and you won the lawsuit you would have more power. If you do not use your honour, you will lose it, and then you stand as nothing. Honour was very important, "honor is established through comparison with others it is a limited good and competition for it can take the form of a zero-sum game.(pg.63)" Athenians thought to themselves, "can
When all the people in this society has to be equal, there is no one special.
They may well also seek other forms of justice. The principle of fairness is also found in the idea of fair play (as opposed to the fair share of distributive justice). If people believe that a fair process was used in deciding what it to be distributed, then they may well accept an imbalance in what they receive in comparison to others.
Fairness Principle. It is based on the belief that stakeholders who have a vested interest in the firm should be treated fairly. There are four types of fairness: reciprocal fairness, distributive fairness, fair competition and procedural fairness. Reciprocal fairness addresses the issues of treating another party fairly and having the other party treat the firm fairly. Distributive fairness is based on the assumption that the allocation of finite resources within the firm will be distributed fairly based on maximizing the benefits of those allocations. Fair competition focuses on the fair treatment given by the firm as it interacts with its existing and potential competitors, Procedural fairness deals with ensuring that parties that interact with the firm are treated fairly from a due process perspective.
The Principle of Impartiality states that persons should be treated the same unless there is a relevant difference between them. The Principle of Impartiality is based on many ideas. One of these ideas is that because persons are equally persons, then their interests should also be counted equally. The following is an example of the Principle of Impartiality. John and Alice are two students in a class. John is an Alabama fan and Alice is an Auburn fan. They both study and complete all of the homework. They both make A’s in the class. They receive the same grade because there is no relevant difference between them.
