Hi Slim, Can we also ask them to submit the annual turnover per sqft (ideally, if they can provide the breakdown per unit or per merchandise category would be great)? This would give a clear picture of what is the sales potential of the subject retail unit. I fear that the data submitted below is pure guessing, I would expect them to have proper footfall counting system. In terms of the footfall, we need to review the layout entry/exit points, as the footfall may not be distributed evenly through the mall. Let me know if you need more help.

The location of the company is in a superb spot on Grand Central Avenue. It will be in a populated location, which will be great for drawing customers’ attention. There will be cameras everywhere around the building and inside the building to help prevent robberies and catch those that shoplift. All the employees will attend orientation and training, so they will know what to do if someone attempts to rob the store. A diverse group of people will shop here, from little boys and girls to hockey players and volleyball players. An important responsibility employees will have is to give customers a great price on our items, prices that they will not find anywhere else. Employee responsibility to the customers trading in items is to give them a decent amount of cash back so they will keep trading with the company. Company responsibility to its investors is to keep growing as a business so people will keep investing in
