I immediately noticed that both the driver (gaymian bonito) as well as the passenger (pedro Alonso-ifl) did not have their safety belts on. Upon making contact with both arrestees, I observed them sweating profusely and shaking. It was obvious to me that both were nervous of police presence. It should be noted the driver will be referred to as arrestee 1 and the passenger as arrestee 2. I approached the vehicle and made contacted with the driver, Jason Sweeney. I asked Jason if he was aware of why I stopped him, Jason stated yes it was because I was speeding. Once inside, he secured his weapon in a gun locker and removed the accused from the vehicle. Another search of the accused and the back seat of the vehicle were negative for any weapons or contraband. The accused was guided to the booking room for processing. I sent County Dispatch a criminal history form which yielded Robert has one Felony arrest and numerous Domestic Violence incidents. Larry was transported by AMR to Chino Valley Community Hospital. At Chino Valley Hospital, Larry claimed that he was Tased and was complaining of pain to his stomach and back. Larry was not Tased by OPD officers. I looked at Larry’s stomach and back and did not see any redness nor any visible injuries. I read Larry his Miranda rights from my department issued Miranda card. He said “yes” to all four questions indicating that he understood them. Under Miranda, Larry told me that today in the morning, his girlfriend, Stephanie Perez, dropped him off at work and they got into an argument. Larry said the argument was over Perez wanting to leave him. I asked Larry if he threatened Perez in anyway and he said no he did not threatened Perez. Larry said today at approximately 1730 hours, he was picked up by Perez from work. Larry said they drove to a check cashing place so he could cash his check. Larry said he and Perez got into an argument. The argument was again about Perez wanting to leave him. Larry said he took the vehicle key from the vehicle and went inside the store, preventing Perez from driving away. I asked him if he saw the police unit. SUMMARY OF THE FACTS: An officer from the Vista Lago Police Department pulled over a pickup truck belonging to Mrs. Atwater. The reason for the stop was because the officer witnessed Mrs. Atwater to be conducting her vehicle without her seatbelt on. During the stop, the officer also discovered that not only was she not wearing her seatbelt, but her two children were also not restrained with a seatbelt which is required by the State of Texas. The officer also discovered that Mrs. Atwater was not driving with a valid driver’s license, and failed to produce any type of valid insurance.
On October 26, 2017 at approximately 2:54pm, I, Officer Kyeishia Evans, with the Ville Platte Police Department, was dispatched to the Slap Ya Momma parking lot, in reference to juveniles fighting on Bus # VP14. Upon arrival I was advised by Chief Neal Lartigue, with the Ville Platte Police Department, that there were two black juvenile males fighting on his bus and that he had paramedics with Acadian Ambulance enroute to our location to give juvenile # 2 medical attention. I advised juvenile #1 to step off the bus; which he complied. I conducted a pat search on the juvenile for weapons, placed handcuffs on his wrists, and put him in the back seat of my marked Ville Platte Police Department vehicle. On November 16, 2017, at 1236hrs, Nurse Supervisor for Desk A and B notified Police service of a sexual assault. VA Police were dispatched to Room 1F340. Upon arrival, I met with Nurse Supervisor who stated that the Veteran had been sexual assault. The Veteran was located in room 1F337, where VA police made contacted the veteran. The Veteran stated that between 0300hrs, and 0400hrs, while at a 1211 old FM 440RD Apt #1-202 Killeen TX, 76549 she was sexually assaulted be a friend. The Veteran informed the VA police that she had not showered and had changed her close. VA Police then notified Austin Police Department (APD) who had an officer respond to the clinic. At 1205hrs, APD Officer arrived on scene and attempted to get the get the Veteran to report the sexual assault to Killeen Police department. At 1337hrs, The Austin Victim Service Counselor arrived on scene and provide information to the Veteran. During this time, it was determined that the Veteran did not want to file a police report about the incident. The Veteran departed the VA Property.
I then ran to the men’s bathroom to assist Deputy George with the disturbance located inside. While en-route I observed multiple people running in and out of the restroom. Once inside the men’s restroom I observed two males that appeared to have been fighting Deputy George had the parties separated prior to my arrival. I then detained a Hispanic male later identified as Duilio Lopez and Deputy George detained Michael Pruitt. The suspects where then transported to our vehicle were we continued to conduct our investigation.
On 09/18/2015, at approximately 0058 hours, West Mahanoy Township Police Officer Joshua Pastucka observed a brown convertible driving in a slow manner in front of the Shenandoah Borough Police Department. He observed the vehicle circle the Police Department twice and frequently stopping in his travel. Officer Pastucka proceeded towards the vehicle observed the operator and identified him as Robert CONRAD. Officer Pastucka is familiar with CONRAD and had prior knowledge his license and vehicle registration was suspended. When CONRAD proceeded behind the Shenandoadh Borough Police Department on the second occassion Officer Pastucka entered behind him and made contact with him. CONRAD attempted to exit his vehicle and while doing so he had a difficult time opening the door. Once out of his vehicle he had a staggered gait and stumbled into the quarter panel of his vehicle. While enroute I received updated information from dispatch that the suspect vehicle was south on Washington St. The defendant was then observed at the intersection Washington St and Lorenzen Rd by officer Zabetka and a Felony traffic stop was conducted. Shortly after Det. Russo and myself arrived on scene and detained the driver who was later identified as Sergio Mercado Flores from a Florida driver license, of the white Ford Expedition and placed him into the rear of Officer Zabetka patrol car.
Subject GONZALEZ, Sandra was also released from the cell at which time she requested to speak with a supervisor (me). After speaking with Sgt. Patterson we decided I would arrest the passenger for the warrant and he would arrest the driver for DWS. I walked up to the passenger side door of the stopped vehicle and asked the passenger who was identified as Sean Schulte to step out of the vehicle. Schulte was very cooperative, as he stepped out he said he knew he had a warrant. I had Schulte turn around and place his hand behind his back, I placed hand cuffs on both of his wrist and checked for proper fit and double locked them. I then conducted a search incident to arrest. During my search of his person I located a cell phone, wallet and a can of chewing tobacco. Schulte was then walked to the back passenger seat of my patrol vehicle, I had him sit down and I placed a seat belt on him. On 11-27-16 at 2137 hours, Officer Wilford #9226 and I were dispatched to the CHP Baldwin Park Station for Suspect Aguilar. Aguilar had an outstanding Pasadena PD warrant his arrest. Upon our arrival to the CHP Baldwin Park Station, we contacted Aguilar and arrested him for the Pasadena PD warrant. Officer Wilford placed handcuffs on Aguilar which were double locked. We transported Aguilar to the Pasadena Jail where he was booked on the warrant.
Officer TL-1231 requesting Transportation for a youthful offender, at my location. Charges: resisting arrest, disturbing the peace. Five minutes pass as Officer TL-1231 continues to hold the small girl in a tight restraining hold, tears made paths down her dark face. The struggle leaves her body. Witnesses and shop owners look on with curiosity, but no one moves to help her. They thought she must have surely done something wrong. A new officer, FG-1582, arrived on the scene in a police cruiser, and the girls limp body was loaded into the back seat of the car. They then proceeded to head back to the precinct.
