Over the last 10 years’ gym memberships within the United States have increased from 41.3 million to 54.1 million. The biggest trend over the last few years is becoming fit, more and more each day people are finding ways to live fit and healthier lifestyles. From eating the right nutritional foods, working out and people just wanting to follow the latest and greatest trends. The increase in gym memberships and the amount of people working out leads to the increase in athletic attire. For this exact reason athleisure wear was born, it is the newest fashion trends were people wear athletic clothing regardless if they intend go to the gym or not that day. People are wearing it to the office, shopping, to run errands and other social events. Athleisure wear consist of articles of clothing such as spandex, leggings, yoga pants, sports bras and fashionable sweats. As a member of the ABC Athletic Club, it is a pleasure to be part of this fitness world. This club is much more than a workout facility, it also includes the benefits of strengthening the mind while building a healthy body. With access to the right equipment and personal trainers, this ensures that the exercise programs fit an individual’s needs. Also, with the use of proper techniques provided, this facility provides a safe and fun environment but includes the assurance that one can get the most out of each exercise routine and make it an enjoyable place to be. With the curiosity on long term health, I learned the correct way to cater to my body and overall well-being. If I was not struck with the concern, it is impossible to determine where my health would be in the future. By getting a head start at my current age, I can have firm control of the state of fitness I attain in time. This was never a huge matter to those around me, so without taking control of my own ideas and knowledge, I have now assisted them as well. While on the aspect of external changes, I developed my own style in addition. With access to many eras of fashion, I merged these varieties to create my own. I do not follow the primary trends, but like anyone, I identify with some, which allowed me to find what makes me most confident and comfortable. As a result, by looking at different points of view, I created my own physical goals and visions for myself.
