Another month has passed at the Boys and Girls Club. As the mini-grant opportunity is approaching, James and I are interested and excited to possibly provide the kids with K'Nex building toys. Many of the kids are interested in these, and we are excited to have the opportunity to possibly provide the kids with their own set. The 'One Day Voices' also had their celebration party to celebrate their past performance. Overall, it has been a great month, and I am excited to see what's in store and we finish out the year.

Overall, today was a fantastic Monday. It was so relaxing. I enjoyed being a part of something new in the classroom. I also loved reading with the children. As teachers we should show students our love of reading. Through love and joy of the reading students learn more compared to a dry piece of work where love is clearly absent from the story-teller. WOW!!!! What a Fantastic day at camp today. The day started with smiling campers running through the door at 12:30pm. They all rushed to get their name tags and were ready to eat lunch.
