The person I interviewed is my co-worker Kris. She's a very nice person. Kris was born in West Haven in the USA. When she married, she moved to Hamden. She has two different jobs. She has been working as a waitress at the French restaurant in Branford sins 2005, and she has been working as bookkeeper at Dental Clinic in Hamden sins 2000. Now Kris lives in a big apartment in Hamden. Also, she has 3 dogs: 2 adult dogs and 1 puppy. She loves them very much. Her hobby is to care about her dogs.
I interviewed Ashley Porras, a Licensed Vocational Nurse at Sharp Rees Stealy. She gave me background information of how she got into the healthcare system, great advice and what she does on a daily basis. The reason I chose Ashley as the person to interview was because I got the chance to spend the day with her at work and I loved it. I found it interesting what she did and got the opportunity to learn more about her, her occupation and where she see’s herself in the future. Someday, I would be an LVN and gradually get higher in the healthcare field like she is doing now.
While waiting for our food to arrive I started the interview off with some introductory background questions. His demeanor during the interview was very comfortable. I felt he was being very open and honest with his answers. Our conversations flowed very smoothly. I felt as if I was speaking to someone from a different culture from mines, but the way he expressed his perceptions and experiences were not foreign to me. Plainly, I could see how people all over the world could share the same dilemmas.

The person I interviewed was Charles Lee Codding. He is my father. He were born in October twenty fourth, nineteen sixty six at Wood County Hospital. His dad's name is exactly the same as his and his mom's name is Alta Maree Codding. Her maiden name is Baker. Some of his siblings names are Ann Olson, Mark Olson, Tom Olson, Dan Olson, and Nancy Schmit. He has three brothers and sisters named Marsha Cuckler, David Codding, and Janet Hammersmith. He has lived in Bowling Green, Ohio and Ann Arbor, Michigan. They have been in Bowling Green most of their life so they went to Bowling Green schools. He went to Conneaut, Bowling Green Middle School, Bowling Green High School, and Bowling Green State University. He is tall, blonde hair, and green eyes.
I chose to interview Mrs. Dukes because she is a hard worker and she absolutely loves and enjoys what she does. My goal for the future is to work at MD Anderson Cancer Center, and she will be able to give me great insight about
I interviewed Durward “Durk” Lynch he is in my field of interest where I want to work as one day. He is a Nurse Practitioner at the Vanden Bosh Clinic and at the College Clinic. He gave information on his background and what drove him to be a Nurse Practitioner (NP). He really has had a lot of experience, as I will explain to you what he has shared.
The name of the interviewee is Matt Gunnell. He is a manager at the Jefferson City Apothecary. He has been instrumental to manufacturing medicine a playing a vital role in keeping the people of the Jefferson City community healthy and strong. I decided to choose Matt because he is a laid back and amazing individual who is very positive about life and encourage others to thrive and find their talent to make the world a better place. He also has a strong passion for his job and his role in ensuring the wellness of our citizens in this community. Also, I picked the Apothecary because of the vital role they to ensure our society have access to the medicine they need to stay healthy. It is one of the very few pharmaceutical businesses in town. It also offer pocket friendly prescriptions for some citizens that had to pay out of pocket.
I had the pleasure of interviewing a good friend of mine and a co-worker named Vincent. Vincent is a 28-year-old from the Philippians. He is the youngest of two and him and his brother are part of his family first generation of children born here in America. Vincent has been working as a nurse for the past three years providing in-home services to special needs children. Vincent explained he enjoyed his job and get fulfillment from doing his job. Vincent did express some dissatisfaction with his job as of late because his clients are beginning to become more physically aggressive towards him leaving him with bruises and torn clothes. Vincent stated he has been thinking about joining the United States Air Force to gain more experience in triage because he would like to work in the emergency room or ICU one day.
Carmina salazar works at a prison and is like a cop. As i facetimed her, i was nervous that she would not answer because she is always busy. She normally doesn't answer because she works all day. I was also sacred she would answer because she was one of the people in florida without power as a result of the hurricane. When she did answer i was ecstatic because we hadn't talked in awhile. I told why i had called her and she was very happy that i had picked her. She asked me why i didn't pick my mom, i told her i picked her because she had more experience. We started the interview. I asked her how the people she hung around with affected her school work. She paused as if she didn't know what to say. She noted that she was older than most of the kids so it didn't affect her.
The reason I choice to interview Michelle is because I have been with her for most of her journey in getting to her dream job. Razo is our Human resource assistant, but is working to become our onsite human resource one day. Her ultimate goal is to have her own human resource consultant business. She feels it would help her community out to help the small businesses that cannot afford an onsite HR manager. She started off in the medical field as a manager for a billing office, there she learned the hardship people
Justin is a coworker. We have worked in the same department for a number of years but have only spoken about work-related issues. I have focused my paper on him because he is closest in age to me and seemed the most approachable.
I chose my friend, Rheanna Lynn Esparza, as my interviewee for my cultural interview. While I was interviewing Rheanna, I used the same questions I answered about myself during my cultural diorama presentation. During the interview, I was able to grasp a better understanding of Rheannas culture while allowing her to develop a better understanding of her own culture and family history.
My interviewee is Frank Ruelas, he is currently 62, and he works at the US Postal. He’s a family friend and basically my step-dad. He has many siblings so growing up his house was always full. He was born in 1954 about 7 years after it began. He grew up and lived in Fort Worth, TX, during it.
1. Question: Share some of the background of your interviewee (or couple). What was this person’s/couple’s story?
The person I interviewed was Mrs. L. I know her because she is my mother’s mother. The interview took place at my house and the interview lasted about 2 hours and 20 minutes. I chose to interview Mrs. L because she seems to have done everything right and in the right order to lead to a successful life. I thought it would be interesting to go into depth and find out how she really did it and find out the hardships that came with making a successful family and life. (word count: 90)
