I am writing this letter to recommend Rita Devine for your organization. I have known Rita Devine for five years and have nothing but positive things to say. Rita and I first became acquainted when we became case managers for therapeutic foster care children at Midsouth Health Systems in 2012-2013, and from there we developed a close friendship that has lasted over the years. There is no doubt in my mind that Rita will be an excellent addition to your team. Rita would be an amazing fit for your organization; I have never seen someone in the mental health field with as much passion and dedication as her. She continues to impress and inspire me with each passing year. Rita is strong, caring, and loyal with a work ethic that is difficult to
I have learned that in this high pressure environment a woman must be at the top of her game to achieve success. She is the only women Team Manager at the Salem, Oregon location. She uses her thinking portion of her personality to gather metrics and calibrate team successes. What surprised me most about Casey, though I have never worked with her personally, she comes across abrasive, but warms quickly to the probing questions that I had for her. In regards to any nuances that I observed, she looked me in the eyes when answering my
I interviewed Ms. Adal she has a M.Ed., Special Education, and her experiences as a service provider has been over five years. She is able to manage her time, because she is a well-organized person. In addition she shared that, she is single, and she is a very dedicated
It is a true pleasure for me to write this letter of recommendation for Magaly Resendez, whom I have had the opportunity of teaching for the past two years. She was in my World History class as a sophomore and is currently in my U.S. History class as a junior.
For my interview, I met with Judie Crudo, the Human Resource Director of St. Anthony Foundation (St. Anthony’s). She has worked at the organization as a director for the past 25 years. Prior to St. Anthony’s, she worked in Human Resources for Macy’s and a small startup company. Her desire to work closely in employee relations is what brought her to the non-profit sector after 20 years in the private sector.
She was on the unit interviewing committee for 2 new nurses hired in March 2016. She provided useful insight to the 5 candidates interviewed.
It is with great honor that I write this letter of recommendation for Treniya Bronaugh. I have watched Treniya grow from a toddler to a high school student. Not only has this observation been one of her physical growth, but one of character development. She is like family, as both our families shared the same last name and we grew up calling each other cousins.
Educating Rita by Willy Russell explores the value of education, but also the wider education that takes place and how to use that education to your greatest benefit; not only during the school education but also the looking at the surrounding world. Rita, an uneducated lady, is unhappy with the limitations of her social class and feels that to escape the limitations she needs to get a properly recognised education. She therefore decides to do an Open University course in English literature. This she believes will greatly increase the horizons of her life and remove some of the limitations that she feels are imposed upon her. She wants to learn everything but soon discovers that even education has its limits. Frank, her tutor and lecturer,
The director had attended Texas Women’s University, but graduated from Tarleton State University with a BS in Psychology and also has an associates of arts in mental health counseling. She holds certification as a fully licensed counselor, certificate for social work, substance abuse counseling and has an LCDC (Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor). She previously worked in court ordered counseling and decided later to switch over to opioid treatment due to complicated agency issues. The director is 28 years of age and lives in Denton County. I was surprised when she told me her age because with positions of management for agencies, it is automatically assumed that those positions are occupied with someone who has been in the field for over a decade. The director seemed committed to what their agency provides and continues to advocate for substance/drug addicts.
I am writing in behalf of Ms. Katie Gendaszek. Katie and I have known each other for two years. Our relationship started when I was a social studies teacher at Elmwood Middle School and she was a school counseling intern in the Elementary. With Elmwood only have one licensed school counselor for over 1,200 students, Ms. Gendaszek certainly had her hands full. While at Elmwood, I observed her take the initiative in setting up group counseling sessions for students during lunch. I saw her develop and form relationships with students that are still be fulfilled through volunteer work in the Elmwood community to this day.
Everyone who is employed within this agency, which is roughly 75 employees among the Atascosa agency, must have obtained a BA in sociology or something similar. She explained the number one issue she faces with this career, is the idea that she is only one human being. She feels tied down at times because she is only human, and only able to do one thing at a time. She wishes to help those in need all day everyday. Their mission statement is a Christ-centered organization dedicated to assisting children and families in achieving their fullest potential through a continuum of program and services. She gave me the exact number of individuals they have helped to date, 10,883,327. This agency has such an intriguing story, which is why I chose this agency. Every dollar given to this agency makes a huge impact. The more this agency has, the more they return. They take the responsibility given to them under huge consideration and manage every aspect given. The heart of their vision is to be the hands and feet of Christ; to provide care, service and compassion that is pleasing to the Lord and honors his love for all
I also would like to take the time to recognize the rest of the staff to which I come in contact with. On two separate occasions, Katrina and Greg worked with me when Lynn was not scheduled to work or was in a training seminar. They both are very good therapists, as well. Also, Andrea is available for a quick question or even just a simple smile. I appreciate her enthusiasm and her Spirit week implementation.
In addition to her desire to build young women, she is dedicated to her faith and family. She is a mother of two bright and talent teenagers, a wife of 15 years to an self-employed entrepreneurial and she is
Her office is bright and colorful and full of important things she uses every day. One of my favorite parts was her bookshelves. One of them was full of books, most of which were about the many forms of therapy and better yourself. Her other bookshelf had a bunch of games on it. They all looked really interesting and fun, but I was understandably confused as why they were there. Kendra explained to me that she focused on children and family counseling which can be very different from the stereotypical chairs and talking. Children don’t come up to you and say, “I want to talk,” they are more likely to connect and learn by playing. Despite having multiple younger siblings, this wasn’t something I had thought about before and was very interesting to learn. I asked Kendra about why she didn’t many older people and her response was really interesting. The reason was a combination of not directly advertising to this group of people, because much of it is by word of mouth, and the stigma against helping mental health issues. Kendra did say that she’s seem a couple and would like to see more in the future, it just isn’t what she does at the
Within the 3 years I have made myself knowledgeable in every area of this agency. I plan to make this my long-term career to succeed and grow within this agency with much hard work and dedication and not allowing anything or anyone to hold me back. Ursula Burns worked her way up within the company, she knew she was educated and prepared herself to be in the highest position but would have to prove to others that she deserved it. She prefers to manage individuals in diverse ways and not deliberately intimidate people but
I haven’t heard from you since I left Australia. How have you been? How are the children doing? I really miss you guys and I wish I could be back home in Randwick with you all. Have things changed in Sydney now that most of the men are off fighting? Has the war greatly affected our town? I bet you’re all curious and anxious about how I am doing, aren’t you?
