The West Midlands town of Stafford has a population of 68,472 and lies within the county of Staffordshire. Jobs in Stafford are strong in a number of areas, including public sector work and heavy electrical engineering. I currently work at Kaal Home Healthcare Inc, which is an agency that provides PCA (Personal Care Attendant) services for over 300 clients with over 500 PCAs. Currently we are using Cashe software for all of our clients and employees’ data. We use it for data storage, reporting, document management, billing, communication gateway, and scheduling for employees and clients home visit. Cashe software is one of the leading technology companies in the metropolitan area. It is the comprehensive solution for business needs. It understands the complex requirements, regulations, and expectations held by the State.

Home maintenance has long been a foe for homeowners. Unfortunately, if homeowners fail to accomplish key maintenance tasks their home and bank accounts will suffer (Gromicko & Tarasenko, 2013). The cause of this is a large problem that needs to be corrected. To aid homeowners in accomplishing the required maintenance tasks, as well as motivated them, a Home Maintenance program has been developed.

As for my internship my job title was a flight following analyst. My goal with the company was to create a dashboard out of the 2014-2015 fiscal year flight data. My typical day would consist of around a 1 hour and 20 minute commute one way. The internship was located at the Tobias Bolanos International Airport. That is where the headquarters, and all the offices were located. However all the flights flew out of the Juan Santamaria International Airport.

Ryan can still end the school year with a better grade. He has two projects that he needs to complete because they are part of the grade descriptors, and they will continue to impact his next quarter grades. Since my coursework has ended, I have continued to volunteer at an urgent care clinic, while also looking for work. I am hoping to find a job position at one of the many hospitals in Oklahoma City or with a research team at the University of Oklahoma. Depending on financial standing, I may also enroll in one class in the fall semester to stay fresh academically and build upon existing knowledge.

Please be advised that Michael Cruz was enrolled as a 1st grade student at Oilton Elementary School on August 21, 2014. Michael performed exceptionally well throughout the school year academically. On March 9, 2015, the academic team including the building-level teacher, classroom teachers, and parents met to discuss Michael’s academic abilities and the possibility of promoting Michael into the 2nd grade. The academic team considered Michael’s academic abilities and social maturity and determined it was in Michael’s best interest to place him into the 2nd grade. It was agreed upon that the academic team would monitor Michael’s progress and consider academic placement at the conclusion of the 2014-2015 academic year.

The floor wasn't hot relatively, so I slept with the window closed. I woke up an hour before the alarm, but I fell asleep right ahead.

Currently, I am going to school to receive a degree in Business Administration. I have worked for In-N-Out Burger for over three years, and plan to use my degree to move up in the company. As of July 7, 2015, I was hired in the corporate office for In-N-Out Burger to work in their Customer Service Department. This is a promotion for me, as I was working in the restaurant before. I plan to continue moving up in the company, even more so when I have my degree. I want to secure a positon in Human Resources for the company.

If one of my relatives left me $250,000 in his or her will, with the only condition being that I must use the funds as seed for a new business enterprise in The Center's 45-county service territory, I would use the money to establish a multi-functional Community Center to serve the rural area I reside in. This Community Center would house a couple basketball/volleyball courts, a technology room, tutoring center, fitness area, snack bar, and a meeting venue. All activities would be free of charge to all community members except for the snack bar and renting of the meeting venue in which all profits collected would be used for equipment for all areas. I would use the money in the will for this Community Center because as a sophomore in high school I see the need for a safe environment that provides educational enhancement opportunities and healthy living opportunities. After winning junior tournaments I wanted more and therefore; I challenged myself to the next level. I remember having a chat with my dad, he was giving me a father to son chat about life and what is best to focus on whether academic studies or sport? As he was concerned because I was spending more time playing sports than doing school work. He said life of sport is hard but, I reassured him that everything will be fine. I knew I had a mind set and ability not to give up because my strength lies on mental toughness and my settling for second best wasn’t /is not satisfying outcome.

Through this process, it will ensure to be successful and rewarding to each individual in the organization.
