Most people think that hunting is cruel. I disagree. As a hunter myself and have done lots of research growing up to get myself educated and ready to be a hunter. Hunting is good because it’s necessary for population control, hunters also contribute millions of dollars into wildlife conservation programs that most nonhunters aren’t aware of and knowing where your meat has come from and knowing that you can provide food for your family. People also don’t realize the physical shape and strength you have to have to be a hunter.

Hunting is good because it’s necessary for population control. Without hunting the population of some animals would cause potential problems like diseases. In order to prevent the spreading of diseases, hunting is a good way to do that for the environment. Rodents can cause massive livestock destruction causing a shortage of food. Diseases can be reduced or eliminated by varmint hunting. The whitetail deer only have a few predators to kill them so their populations will keep going up as a result, there would be more significant number of car accidents. The main causes to deer being killed are car accidents and because of that many motorists have died and cost people thousands of dollars in car repairs. Those number will just go up without hunters keeping down the population. Hunting helps regulate this population and in turn helps society and safety. When there is an over population of animals that will cause the resources of the land to dry out and leave nothing for the rest of the animals to live off of. Animals would soon die of starvation or some could even go extinct. Hunting also kills animals that destroy the production of necessary items from livestock, such as coyotes.
Hunters contribute millions of dollars into wildlife conservation programs that most people who don’t hunt aren’t aware of. Hunters pay billions of dollars into conservation programs just from having an 11% tax on
