Someone who has supported my ambition towards my education was my mother.
My mother has been my biggest supporter all my life. She is someone I have always looked up too. Every morning since kindergarten she has waken me up for school, cook me breakfast, then send me off to school. After school she would take me and pick up from every practice no matter how tired she was from work. No matter how sleepy or tired she was she was sitting front row cheering me on every step of the way. My mother is still cheering me on till this day.
I’m pretty sure every young women might say there mother is someone who supported there drive to get there college education, but have they told you why they look up to them, or what has she done for them too look
When we were growing up my mother made sure my siblings and I were always taken care of. She would sacrifice her own happiness for ours.
The support and encouragement I receive from my mother is endless, not only as a
There have been some people throughout my education that have guided me in becoming who I am

From early in my life, I have had the opportunity to have caring parents and friendships whom encouraged me to obtain the goal I had set in my life. I was constructed by the hardships and blessings life chose to throw my way. With that said, I was raised to work hard for academic grades and extracurricular activities that I chose to partake in. I, therefore, thank my family, friends, and teachers for shaping me into the person I am today, for I have been motivated by all of them to become the best version of myself continuously.
My mother raised me, my brother, and my sister on her own for the first ten years of my life. My mother is the most hardworking person I have ever met, and she inspires me to work hard everyday. When I was ten my mother met my step-father, he helped me develop an interest in math and science, which eventually led to my interest in engineering.
When I was younger one of the first things my mother told me was the significance of school and the impact it would have on my future. As I moved up in school I found it more and more difficult to stay motived and interested in school; slowly I started to give up on my grades and it was showing in my personality as well. My mother took notice to my shift in personality and my dropping grades; she sat me down and reminded me why my education was so important and she was just working three jobs just to put food on the table for me and my siblings. When my mother was younger her mother did not go to school, so she made sure her child went to school and future generations of hers. After that conversation I realized that I am taking such a wonderful
My mother has affected my life by inspiring me to have a dream, to work hard, and to never give up.
My mom is supportive in many things you chose to do in life. For example, I wanted to take yearbook for one of my electives for eighth grade and she was was saying “Yeah, I really think that you would do great in that class.” Sadly, my dad told me that I had to do the classes with the high school credits so that I can graduate high school early. Another example is when I was in the seventh grade, I joined the school choir and my mom told me she would support
To begin with, whenever I am going through my worst moments that tend to bring me down, my mother has always been there when I need her. I could still remember that day October 1st, 2006 when we had recently moved to the
Everyone has a different level of success: for some it may be graduating high school while for others it may be becoming a medical doctor or lawyer. My mother conceived me her senior year of high school at seventeen years old, she immediately was married, and never directly pursued her dreams as a student or as a learner. What I remember the most about my education from my childhood is that my mom always pushed me to be the best I could be and to never settle for anything less than the best. She was my biggest advocate both academically and socially whether I was participating in an extracurricular sport such as softball or if I was studying for a Calculus II test my mother made sure I had everything I needed to excel. She also always expressed the importance of having balance in my life. The balance between social
My mother always played a more studious role in my life. She graduated from Shawnee State University with a degree in nursing. She is a very smart woman and has always pushed me to get good grades and go to college. I could honestly say that I wouldn’t have received half the good grades as I did if it wasn’t for her always checking up and being there for me with my schooling. She’s always had a job as well and she strives to make me a better person religiously and mentally day by day. The motivation she brings to me
My mother is one of the biggest reasons that my family is the best. She makes sacrifices, yet she does not call them that because she loves doing the tasks she does with us. She sacrifices her free time. She has to take us places like school, sports, doctors of all sorts and she does not even mind. She also does not have time to exercise, as much as she would like. Also she loves running, biking, and swimming but she slacks off that for us. Also, she cares so much about me and my family. If I don’t make the grade on the test that I wanted, she asks me if I tried my hardest then says that no matter what I do she will be proud of me.. She is always my personal all the time cheerleader. It feels excellent to come home from having a rotten day and knowing someone will be there to cheer me up. Another way that proves she is the best mother in the world is that, she would do anything for my whole family. For me, one massive
I am truly a believer that education is the solution to break the cycle of generational poverty. It was such a coincidence that I was assigned to play the role of a public school teacher in the Poverty simulation. This paper explains my actions and decisions as the public school teacher and how my action and decisions could have impacted individuals, families and the community. Finally, I conclude this paper with my recommendation as a business leader to address poverty locally and regionally.
My mother Aida Tekie is without a doubt the most important person in my life. Aida is from Eritrea located in East Africa where she left early on in her life to escape to Canada to raise kids and start a family. She may come by as just a regular mother but she is so much more. Aida isn’t just my mother but she’s my best friend who is always there for me and constantly being the greatest influence in my life. My mother is the type of person who would always strive to help other before herself without thinking twice because that is just simply the selfless person she is. She’s the only person that I know that can either be the best listener or can give me much needed advice. I couldn’t have made it this far in life without my mother standing
