When it comes to picking the best teacher for the job, they use two techniques: they give competitive examinations and put them in order from the best grade to the worst, and they do personal interviews and keep records of experience by weighing in on the results. Experience is the most important and desired qualification to becoming employed. If you have experience then you can pick and choose what you want to do. It would be excellent to test your interest in teaching by going to summer camps, and day care schools. And having personality is what makes teaching a vital experience and get the students to like you. All teachers must be emotionally well-balanced. If you have a bad attitude, you will lose that child-teacher relationship and it will be hard to gain back. If you just so happen to not like the age of students you work with or find the subject you are teaching boring, being a successful teacher will be difficult to fulfill. Teachers help prepare appropriate lesson plans for the school day from when school starts to when it ends, they keep records and make reports to keep track of how well their students are doing during the school year, evaluating the students’ performance in the classroom, and counseling the students when they come across
