To pursue as an undergraduate student at Indiana University, I aspire to attend the College of Arts & Science to earn my Bachelor's of Science degree in biology and to ultimately become a cardiologist. Furthermore while being an undergraduate student at IU, I want to be part of the Atkins community and the Hutton Honors College. I mostly want to be part of the Atkins community because I will be able to find other black college students who may share the same similar interests and background that I have. I plan to invest so much time there and to help them flourish, as well of giving back to the black community. Also, I am a very hard working student that excel through their rigorous courses in high school; I want to be surrounded by students who share those same traits while being at Indiana University. Likewise, the Hutton Honors College will also keep my hard working skills sharp and secure. I want to be part of such an intelligent school to endeavor the challenges to become a greater, stronger, and vigorous student.
However, it was not easy at all while I was pursuing my education throughout my life. I was living in a home with the bare minimum of necessities and knowing that my parents were going through a rough divorce. Although, I pushed

Since before I can remember, I dreamed of one day attending Indiana University one day. As a young girl at IU football games, I would see the students having the times of their lives enjoying the sporting event at their prestigious university. I was anxious for the day that I would be a Hoosier and found myself dreaming of my future at IU. Unfortunately, those aspiring dreams turned sour once I found myself in this position. After an unsatisfying first semester of college at IU, I had to decide whether I would stay or transfer to USI the following school year.
Since I was fifteen I have always been drawn to answering important questions, engaging in meaningful discussions, and touching lives in intentional and personal ways. My favourite thing to do is disciple; engage in authentic conversations about life, relationships, and Jesus through a mixture of counseling, mentoring, and teaching. I have been intrigued by philosophy and theology since high school. Since then I did my undergraduate degree at Summit Pacific College, close to where I live so that I could help my family build our new house, while preparing to impact my world for Christ. At Summit, I earned a BA in Religion, with a major in Biblical Theology. In this major I took exegetical coursework, first year Hebrew and Greek, and was prepared for Graduate studies with a thesis course.

Appalachian State University is an outstanding school and I would love to be a part of
Truthfully, I just want whoever reads my essay to know that this is a hundred percent me. I admire the prestigious excellence of Chapel Hill and I would be more than honored to attend. Nonetheless, if I do not make it, my perception and respect for Chapel Hill will not change. I am compassionate about people which is why I am pursuing a career in the medical field. That is why going to a liberal university such as Chapel Hill would be a fitting institution to attend. Chapel Hill is a place where I can open my mind to more diversity and opportunity. Again, I am not someone who stays in my comfort zone; I am all for new experiences and settings.
At IU, I plan to not only find what I want to major in, but also make a difference. Volunteering is something I love to do, so either joining a sorority or a community service club is something I know I will do while attending this school. Another reason I knew I wanted

I have a strong passion for helping people and have a desire to be a Physical Therapist. In Argentinian culture, soccer (football) is not only a sport, but a common passion that supports social gathering and interconnectedness amongst people from different backgrounds. Due to this, and the enjoyment this sport gives me, I have played competitive soccer my whole life. I worked tirelessly over many years and eventually, my hard work was acknowledged when I was scouted to be a trialist for the new professional soccer team, FC Edmonton. I knew this was my chance to finally make not only myself happy, but my parents proud. They sacrificed their hard-earned money, down time, and personal hobbies for my soccer endeavours.
Getting into the school that I have always dreamed of will show that all my hard work these past years have paid off. Knowing that I did not meet all the admission requirements was very overwhelming because in High School I had accomplished many requirements and goals. Understanding the fact that I am very passionate about my extracurricular activities in the school, I know that I will exceed the standards and be a good student at Clayton State University. From first sight, the university looked frightening because of its size, but with such a large school comes diversity of people and of academic and non-academic events I know this will be a good fit. This University will help me be successful after college and help me be able to make a good
Universal College is my college of choice because I love the close-knit community that the campus has to offer; I hope to complete a degree in Nursing; I will further my academic experience through participating in Greek Life, various community service organizations, and campus worship opportunities; I will contribute to Universal College by organizing and helping community service projects for fellow college students. For example, I will obtain a degree in Nursing. Helping other people has been a prominent part of my life, and with completion of the nursing program, I can continue to help people through medicine. This is important because not only will it fulfill my life wishes, but it will also help others. In addition, to further my academic
The old saying, “form follows function”, implies that the shape of a building or object should be primarily based on its intended function or purpose. This principle, which I find intriguing and was introduced to me during my undergraduate architecture study, was propounded by Louis Henry Sullivan, an American Architect who is also referred to as the "father of skyscrapers" and "father of modernism". Hence, I have developed a keen interest in the science, technology, construction, and functionality of sophisticated edifices. Also, I envision myself being globally competitive, and as a professional asset to my home country and beyond. These has led to a deep desire to further my education and pursue a Master of Architecture program and I believe the Bowling Green State University (BGSU) is the right academic environment in which to do so. The quality education offered by the outstanding faculty as well as the effort at promoting innovative concepts, cross-cultural diversity, and great alumni networks, are undeniable perks obtainable at Bowling Green State University. Studying at the Bowling Green State University will provide the opportunity that would expose me to new innovations and concepts, nurture and enhance my skills, as well as make me a competent and seasoned architect that clients can rely on.
After having attended Illinois State University previously, I know that I want to return to finish my career there because it is what I have always wanted. Illinois State University inspires me to keep on fighting for what I want and need through the challenges that I have faced while being there, freshman part of sophomore year. After facing the challenges and having to attend another school, I learned the hard way what it really means to fight for what you really want. As I attended Heartland Community College after Illinois State University, I knew that that’s not what I wanted for myself and that I wanted to return to Illinois State University. Illinois State University is the perfect school for me because I know that the professors truly
In addition, going to this college means so much to me. Going to this college would give me hope that i can believe in something bigger than what i was given. I would like to be able to make myself and my family proud of me. I plan to major in psychology to become a psychologist and one day open my own practice. I want to achieve I don't want to let the stereotypical ideas that being a student in the ghetto means that I will not achieve. I want to bury that stereotype forever. I want to give others hope that you can do whatever you set your mind to do hold yourself back don't become a product of your environment. I want hope for myself but also I want to inspire others and I want others to inspire those others. I want to make a
My four-letter combination from the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is ISFJ. Those four letters stand for Introversion, Sensing, Feeling, and Judging. I wasn’t shocked when I found out my results. I find my personality type to be unique because even though I am considered an introvert, I have well-developed people skills and have strong and healthy social relationships. Paying attention to what I see, hear, touch, taste, and smell is a part of my sensing trait. I learn best about things once I do them or see how I am suppose to do them. The trait of feeling is also correct. I believe I can make the best choice by considering what people care most about. I also like to keep the peace and happiness in my life, I try finding the positive out of every situation. My fourth personality trait is judging. I feel like I relate to this trait the most. I like to have everything planned, I like to have things organized, I make lists about anything and everything, I feel more at ease when decisions are made, and I like to have life under control
