It is a very important issue in working organization, that the time should be used in such a way that it shows complete usage of it. Time is an important issue in organizational effective working, understanding the behavior, education and travelling behavior. Time is an important part as it is a developing perspective towards success and once wasted can’t be utilized again. People have different judgment about times; some says it drags depending upon the task they are performing. People have different attitudes towards time but the question is why people develop wrong perception about time in work organization.
It all depend upon the attitude of the workers how they take time either favorably or unfavorably. Hence, showing up their attitudes within an organization. Not only workers in same departments but others working in different departments, countries, cities etc. relatively differ in the attitude towards time.
The effectiveness and efficiency of any worker depends upon his attitude towards time. As more he is positive towards it, he will perceive the job more positively. The management of time by any worker although depends upon his perceiving about time in a working organization.
