Jimmie Cates stated he remembers that he stole two stereos out of two school buses and then told a friend that he had them. He stated he got a phone call from someone asking to purchase them so he set up a time to meet. Jimmie Cates stated when the person came to his home to purchase the stereos he realized it was an undercover officer. He stated he turned over the stereos and confessed to what he had done. He stated this is the only thing on his record and the only trouble he has ever been in.

Upon arrival, I met with Lake Ridge Student Quarzaza, Imani B/F, dob 04/22/1998 and her dad Quarzaz Mongo who said that someone hit her vehicle while it was parked in the school parking lot in front of the Pac. Quarzaza said that she parked her vehicle at approximate 6:74 a.m. in the parking lot near the Pac before the start of school. Quarzaza said that when she went to her car at approximately 3:09 p.m. after school, she noticed that she had damage on the back right side fender. Quarzaza said that an unknown w/f driving a black truck drove by and told her that she had seen a red pick-up truck hit her car. Quarzaza said that the unknown suspect left a white piece of paper on her windshield with nothing written on it.
Evidence:Two men who robbed the agency were William Robinson and Terrance Stewart. License plate number was given. A note was found and latent fingerprints.
On Friday, August 12, 2016 at approximately 1000 hours, I assisted the patrol division in locating a burglary suspect that entered the residence of 1023 Barn Oak Court. The complainant/victim Nicole Smith stated to the Conyers Commutation that when she entered the front door of the residence, she heard an unidentified noise in the back bedroom. As she entered the rear bedroom the subject exited the residence through the rear window.
Mark Hebert was contacted by telephone on September 4, 2015. He stated he bought his brand new bus in August of 1992. He stated he does not remember everything about what happened as a result of this offense. He stated he remembers that his bus was only six months old and someone stole a stereo system that he bought to install in his bus. He stated he does not remember if he received the stereo systems back but did not seek any restitution. K-9 officer told Mr. Solomon to stop and he continues to run. Mr. Solomon heard the officer say he was going to release the dog and Mr. Solomon gave up. Mr. Solomon was then taken into police custody. When the victim came home, Detective Gibbs went into the home and found a black backpack at the top of the stairs. The victims stated that the backpack was not theirs. Detective Gibbs opened the backpack and the victim’s stolen laptop was inside and Daniel Solomon’s homework was also inside. Mr. Solomon and Mr. Powell were brought to 311 County Street and they both confessed to breaking the window and going inside of the home. They both blamed each other for taking items.”
On January 24, 2017 I observed the court case of William Satchell vs. Johnny Griffin. The name of the case I observed was Butler in department 20 and the judge present was Michael G Bowman. I arrived to 720 9th Street in Sacramento, CA at 1pm and stayed until 4pm. I observed a murder case where I watched the defense attorney Johnny Griffin try and defend his client Mr. Butler. Mr. Butler shot and killed Carl Talent an innocent man. Carl talent was shot and killed and the defense attorney Johnny Griffin said the killing was a result of a heated argument. On Thursday, August 31, 2017 at approximately 2232 hours, I was dispatched to a residence across the street from 2220 University St in reference of a suspicious person inside of a black truck. Upon arrival I spoke to the complainant Ms. Delisa Smothers. Ms. Smothers stated that at approximately 2230 hours, an unknown black male went inside her neighbor's truck located across the street at 2221 University street.
Tommy Ray James, the defendant, was stopped by an officer while driving and after failing to provide insurance the defendant admitted to drinking alcohol and open containers inside the vehicle and then the defendant was then placed under arrest, put in handcuffs, and advised of his rights State v. James, 301 Kan. 898, 1 (2015). The officer then searched the defendant’s vehicle for evidence of open alcohol containers and found what was later determined to be marijuana 301 Kan. at 1.
