When it comes to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy I personally had never taken a closer look. I just knew what I was told in school, which was that Lee Harvey Oswald murdered the President. I had always assumed that the case had been a top priority and had been solved. I occasionally read mostly through Facebook posts about conspiracy theories regarding the case and ignored it, seeing that there are conspiracy theories about everything. In the beginning of the film I was a little skeptical at the suggestion that the government had actually purposefully not solved the president's death, however, as the film was progressing I was starting to have some doubts as well. The thought of the government actually covering up the murder of the United States President is a jarring thought, however, it is not one without merit. The film raised various issues that seem to contradict what the Warren Report concluded. One of the main arguments that won me over was the testimony of the witnesses, which was being changed by the FBI or not reported at all. Throughout the film the prosecution interviewed various witnesses who had given their testimony to the FBI. I personally believe science over anyone’s word, regardless of who the person is. The fact that the President's body was moved in order for there, to be a military outpost is a little puzzling. Why couldn’t a civilian doctor perform the autopsy? Why wasn’t the military autopsy preformed in a medically accurate manner? I don’t think having a suspect in custody is an excuse to not follow procedure. In terms of the single bullet theory, I am not a gun expert and I really do not understand how a bullet would travel, however, when the prosecution was demonstrating the way that bullet would have been moving it seemed unrealistic to
