Hi! Jazmine, Kathy is very good choice. I also chose Kathy Silveria, because she represents the ideal candidate for the organization I am employed with . Her attributes are essential to the function of the organization. I believe once Kathy becomes established she can establish a platform to steer the organization in the right direction. In order to get Kathy to shine in the organization she would have to master the five steps of the Cycle of Excellence. As I read your response to the assigned topic you made an excellent point by appointing her to vice president it will give her the opportunity to observe PTO meetings and this could possibly help with removing her doubt, and boost her confidence in speaking publicly during the small PTO
We have spent 30 minutes of discussion and everyone adhered to his opinion. I then decided to change my preference from Suzanne to Kristin. I realized that Kristin has better leadership skills, and she might adapt quickly to the position because she worked for a peer company as a VP of Finance and has international exposure. In addition, she might bring a fresh outlook into the company. They both have superior qualifications and the differences between them are minor. Then, the group members made their decision based on the majority and selected
The first way to evaluate her as a leader is to look at a detail description of what her personality and values are. Condoleezza Rice was born into a family that was disciplined in life and in religion. Generations of her family extend from college-educated teachers, preachers, and lawyers. Her
I have learned that in this high pressure environment a woman must be at the top of her game to achieve success. She is the only women Team Manager at the Salem, Oregon location. She uses her thinking portion of her personality to gather metrics and calibrate team successes. What surprised me most about Casey, though I have never worked with her personally, she comes across abrasive, but warms quickly to the probing questions that I had for her. In regards to any nuances that I observed, she looked me in the eyes when answering my
I met Victoria Sanders this school semester she is my professor for one of my counseling classes. The course is held Thursday nights 7pm-9pm and she is always full of energy. I have grown to admire Mrs. Sanders and the work she provides to the community. One can see how passionate she is about her work through the form she expressed herself and how she glows when she is teaching to her students. Mrs. Sanders is a great example of someone who I share the same interest. Although not having much experience she took on the challenge to open up her own business, in my opinion that is admirable. Some of the

There are so many outstanding leaders in the world. Eleanor Roosevelt was an astounding leader. She was married to Franklin Roosevelt [FDR]. She was a very kind person. Please discuss one of the following and how it makes you the most uniquely qualified candidate for the APM position: personality and character, life experiences, involvement in extracurricular activities, or academic achievement. I have always loved being a cheerleader. I have been a cheerleader since the forth grade. Cheering was fun for me because it allowed me to be physically active and also allowed me to show my spirit which is what being a cheerleader is all about. One of my most challenging experiences in high school was when due to budget cuts the cheering program was cut in the fall of my senior year unexpectedly. It was very upsetting to me. There was discussion of an unpaid coach but our coach was not willing to provide the time given how much work it was and that she would not get paid. It was very disappointed and lost sleep given it was my senior year and many girls really wanted to cheer. I had been a tri captain my junior year and I felt responsible for the girls that had counted on this program. I decided to meet with the principal and the athletic director to ask them if I could lead the team and coach them and of course without pay. After several meetings with them, they decided to let me run with the program. It was the first time that a student was allowed to do this at Mountain Valley High School. They trusted me and felt that I could handle it. I stayed up countless nights very late doing choreography on my lap top as I had never done
Leah is a pod representative in my hall government and when our hall was challenged with the Halloween haunted house, Leah stepped up and met the expectation with flying colors. No one expected her to do all the work she did and the best part was she continuously told me she
I made contact with Angela LYLE who stated that she had come home from work to find in her mailbox a letter. That was addressed to resident dog owners of 244 Kingswood Dr. The letter states that the writer lives on the 2100 block of Allendale Dr. and in the letter there are several vague threats to the residents and their dogs. LYLE stated that she no longer feels safe in her own home or to let her dogs out. see report for pictures of the letter. LYLE all so advised that she believes the letter came from 2194. Based on some of the descriptors in the
Kristina Clark, an Eskimo from Glennallen, Alaska, had strong feelings against soda. She had several family members who drank 5 cans of pop a day, and lost almost all of their teeth. She thinks that Glennallen Elementary should take away their soda machine and stop selling soda to students. Kristina talked to the principal, and put a sign on the soda machine that said; Stop the Pop. The sign stayed for weeks before it was taken down. The soda machine did not move.

I choose Bernadette “Bernie” Monette. I have known Bernie since 1978 when I moved to Parsonsfield, Maine. I always felt she was an interesting lady, and figured she would be a great person to interview. I was in the SAD 55 Adult Education visiting, since I became close to all the workers there from studying for my GED. She wants to use me as the GED programs role model, since I graduated from there and I moved on to college. I am there only student that has moved on for more learning. I asked Bernie if I could do an interview with her for my Issues in Diversity class, she was grateful that I had asked her. So I called her to set up our appointment, which was more of a visit than an interview. But, I did get a lot of information about
I would really like to invite Oprah Winfrey to come speak at our school. She would be a great candidate because she has empowered women all around the globe, she also cares for the education of every child, and She is a great influence on everyone. Oprah Winfrey should speak at our school for the reasons stated above.
I choose Howard Schultz because he wanted to climb over that fence and achieve something beyond what people were saying was possible. he have sincerity to other personnel , and he say Companies can not grow Without the passion and personality to create it. Alone, the benefit may not be able to drive to the
