Lab 0a A device which can measure the heart rate of a patient should be placed on the internet. The device would be able to take real time heart rate data of the user for 24 hours. The data obtained then can be sending to the doctor or better yet a heart rate machine. The heart rate machine can be used to check for signs of any potential heart stroke or even heart failure. The machine can also compare the heart rate data of the patient with that of an average healthy human being off similar age. If the heart rate is lower than the expected heart rate then the machine should be able to send a warning message to the person phones. The message would tell the patient that he should change his diet, exercise more and live a healthier life. In …show more content…
The new ERP system is called Dynamic AX (Noyes par 1). As illustrated in the article, Dynamics AX varies from its antecedents from multiple points of view. Certainly most prominent is that it was conceived in the cloud; an on-premises choice will take after one year from now. As illustrates in the article dynamics AX gets heavily from the customer side of innovation, including a program based, HTML5 UI. Dynamics AX uses Cortana (Microsoft's personal assistant) alongside Azure Machine Learning for close constant investigation through Power BI. As illustrated in the article clients will have the alternative of using hybrid development in the Dynamic AX. Microsoft Dynamics AX for Operations unites the best from Microsoft and empowers you to settle on more intelligent choices, overhaul business forms speedier, and fuel business development. Indeed, even its name is distinctive, no longer reflecting release dates. Created on Azure, the new release contains improvements to Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services, an Azure-based administration that takes into consideration robotized setup on Azure. Pre-constructed, industry-particular programming will be accessible in the Azure commercial
Make three exposures using given technical factors on a phantom knee in PA position . Include saline bags in exposures 1 and 2 to demonstrate patient soft tissue thickness.
Begining by labeling 7 different 2.0 ml tubes 0 thru 6 for each compound. Then add 1ml of extract to tube 0. Then add 0.5 ml of DMSO to tubes 1 thru 6. Now make a 1:2 serial dilution from 0(pure extract) to 6(1:16)
b) Iron and Barium were present in unknown 3. Assigned unknown reacted with all 4 reactants and formed precipitate with 3 of them (Sodium carbonate, sodium hydroxide and Sulfuric acid). During the experiment it reacted very similarly to Iron (III) nitrate and Barium nitrate. For example, with it was tested against Ammonium Chloride, the color of the solution changed to a light green, very identically to Iron (III) nitrate and Ammonium Chloride. Besides, unknown 3 formed an orange brownish precipitate when it was tested with sodium carbonate. Iron (III) nitrate acted similarly. Moreover, unknown 3 reacted similar to Barium nitrate when it was tested against ammonium chloride and sulfuric acid. It did not form any precipitate with ammonium chloride but formed a very light white precipitate, which is identical to barium nitrate’s reaction against sulfuric acid. Therefore, the two present metal in unknown 3 are Iron and barium.
Ionic compounds are soluble in water to a certain point depending on the compound. The level of solubility changes among different compounds. Some ionic compounds can completely dissolve in water and appear to be a homogeneous mixture. Although, some ionic compounds dissolve very little, and could be considered insoluble, since it does not dissolve fully. Depending on the compound, the level of solubility can be high or low. However, ionic compounds could dissolve to a certain degree. If the solution appears to be a heterogeneous mixture, many may assume through visual representation that it may be insoluble. As stated previously, the smallest amount of solubility should be considered. To confirm whether or not the substance is soluble, observe the efficiency when conducting electricity. Due to practical reasons, the slightest solubility could be considered insoluble by people.
Hypothesis: The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the question will different food sources affect the level of activity of detoxification enzymes in bean beetles? The class alternate hypothesis is different food sources will affect the level of activity of the detoxification enzymes in bean beetles. The null hypothesis is the different food sources will not have any effect on the level of activity of the detoxification enzymes in bean beetles. Experimental design: The independent variables in this experiment were the types of beans (bean 1 was mung beans and bean 2 was adzuki beans) and enzymes assays used.
The atom of an element has electrons that are found around the nucleus in regions known as orbitals. When energy is absorbed by the electrons of an atom they begin to jump to higher energy levels. When this happens the electrons are in an excited state. However when the electrons begin to release the energy and drop in energy levels they emit electromagnetic radiation. If the radiation that is emitted falls between 400 to 700 nanometers then the electrons emit photons which we can see as visible light.
The purpose of this experiment was to classify unknown solids based on their type of chemical bonds by investigating their properties. By using data, Unknown 1 was classified as a metallic. This was because it appeared a shiny copper color, had a very high conductivity as a solid, had a high melting point, and was malleable. Unknown 2 was classified as a nonpolar covalent bond. This was because it had no conductivity as a solid and low conductivity in water.
The mole is a convenient unit for analyzing chemical reactions. Avogadro’s number is equal to the mole. The mass of a mole of any compound or element is the mass in grams that corresponds to the molecular formula, also known as the atomic mass. In this experiment, you will observe the reaction of iron nails with a solution of copper (II) chloride and determine the number of moles involved in the reaction. You will determine the number of moles of copper produced in the reaction of iron and copper (II) chloride, determine the number of moles of iron used up in the reaction of iron and copper (II) chloride, determine the ratio of moles of iron to moles of copper, and determine the number of atoms and formula units involved in
2. (5 pts) List and explain the names and affiliations of the various characters/stakeholders in this story – I’m looking for us to use the story to map out the complexities that are generally associated with solving public health puzzles – the stakeholders you list and explain here should apply to many of the cases we consider going forward.
In the second part of the experiment, they took 3 test tubes, one containing a small amount of potassium chloride, one with a like amount of potassium chlorate, and one that contained a solution obtained from adding distilled water to the crucible, that was used in the first part of the experiment, and heated it for about a minute, and then they added 10 ml of distilled water to each and stirred. In each of the tubes, they added 5 drops of dilute (6 M) nitric acid and 5 drops of 0.1 M silver nitrate solution, then stirred each test tube and observed carefully.
When we write, “drill a 3/8” diameter, 1” depth hole in the center of the dowel”, the reality is a lot different. First, we need to find 3/8” tap size that is specifically designed for wood. Then, we need to find the center point of the dowel and figure out how to drill a hole perfectly centered. The process took us 2 hours in lab to figure out the most efficient and effective way to do such simple task. Because of time constrain, we decided to finish the system later in the day.
5 / 10 To prep our purified PCR product and our PCR control for electrophoresis, we added 4 microliters of Blue Juice loading buffer to each sample. The samples were then loaded into the wells of the gel along with a DNA Size Standard. The electrophoresis chamber was then turned on and the voltage setting was switched to high. The electrical current applied to the chamber caused negatively charged DNA molecules to move from the positive end to the negative end, with the smallest fragments moving the furthest.
Having a chance to participate in chemistry lab is a good thing for people. Based on the research, all the science majors always need to write a lab report after performing a certain experiment. Chemistry is a subject in which we all need to turn in the lab report the to teacher. Based on the lab report, the professor can see how his student understands and applies the lab to life. When writing lab reports, there are certain formats and contents of the lab that must be followed in order to convey the information which is performed. In some cases, lab reports may not be persuasive, so the lab will have to have strong evidence. There are two reasons why writing up the lab reports can be difficult are writing the result and getting a great partner. We have to perform a certain experiment and approach the topic. So the lab report consists of four parts: introduction, procedure, results, and conclusion.
Dynamics AX is targeted for businesses that have more than 200 users. This ERP supports business analysis and change management tools allowing easy transition between business applications and IT infrastructure. However, Microsoft AX requires more installation and maintenance time than other
