The constellation I choose was Leo The lion. I choose Leo because it is my zodiac sign. The constellation Leo is one of the earliest recognizable constellations. The constellation Leo is also best visible during April. Leo is one of the 13 sings of the the zodiac, and is the fifth sign, representing those born around July 22 until around August 22. Leo is the Nemean lion which Hercules had to kill for being one of his 12 challenges. Not only was Nemean stronger and bigger then the other lions, Nemean had a pelt that was invincible to steel, stone and wood. Because of Nemean's strong pelt Hercules could not kill Nemean will any weapon, so Hercules had to wrestle Nemean and eventually strangled Nemean. Then because Nemean' s pelt was so strong
The constellation I have chosen is Lyra, I have chosen this because not only is it beautiful it also has a wonderfully sad story behind it. Lyra is a rather small constellation occupying an area of around 286 square degrees and is located in the fourth quadrant of the northern hemisphere, it belongs to the Hercules family with other constellations such as Cratar, Ara and Serpens. Lyra is centered around other constellations such as Draco, Hercules and Cygnus. But even being surrounded by all these other constellations it still includes one of the brightest stars in the sky which is Vega, which happens to be the fifth brightest star.

The constellation that I have chosen is Capricornus. Capricornus is one of the twelve zodiac constellations, and it symbolizes the sea-goat. The best time to see this constellation would be at ten o'clock at night in September and October, especially if you live in the Northern Hemisphere. I chose this constellation because according to Astrology I am a Capricorn and thought it would be interesting to know more about the constellation relating to my zodiac sign. My favorite constellation is the archer, or better known as the Sagittarius constellation. This constellation is known as a zodiac sign, there are multiple zodiac signs, and they supposed to foretell your personality depending on when you are born. Not only does this constellation have a colorful history, it also has an interesting present. This group of stars is one of the 88 modern day constellations and one of the 48 recognized constellations by the 2nd century astronomer Ptolemy. It is also located in the most dense part of the Milky Way galaxy. Meaning that the constellation has many nebulae and star clusters. I didn't choose the Sagittarius constellation just because of these exquisite features, but because according to the zodiac sign timing, I am a Sagittarius.
