Dear M rs Ryan,
I am writing to apply for the position of Head Girl at St Mary 's College in 2017. I believe St Mary 's College has shaped me into the woman I am today. Over the past four years and with the Leadership of the Year 13’s I have become a woman of Mercy and Wisdom. Every previous leadership team has given me inspiration and has shown me that I have the potential to be a leader at St Mary’s College. The different attributes, qualities and sisterhood of our College has given me great confidence that I can be a valuable part of the 2017 leadership team.
The Head Girl of St Mary’s College is a vital part of St Mary’s College and her involvement with the Leadership team is crucial. Head Girl requires the skills and ability to work in a team, connect with the staff, students while inspiring and building up the students within our college. The Head Girl needs to be able to listen, support and be there for any single member of our college. Year 9 is a scary yet exciting time for students and I believe the Head Girl needs to connect with these students to provide help and support whenever they may need. I think I have the qualities to listen and support the Year nines, as I am approachable and considerate. I have always been supportive of the year nines coming into our sisterhood and have really enjoyed looking out for them, getting to know them and involving them in our school culture and activities. The head girl of St Mary 's college needs to represent the school
I am applying to be the vice president of the choir program. I'm running for this office because I have been involved in choir since I was in middle school, and I want to step up and be more a part of how the organization is run, helping make this program better, and making choir more enjoyable for everyone in it. Although I've never been in a leadership position before, I feel like I would do well in this position because of my passion for choir and performing.
It was the first day of school for many in Maycomb, including myself. I had just moved from a college in Winston Country. Almost 30 years have past since that day in Maycomb when I first saw the school I was to be teaching at. The classroom smelt stale after being closed up for the whole summer, as I met my students who I would teach for the next year. The one child I remember most had a trail of dirty footprints leading to his desk. The little horror looked like he was straight from the pig pen.
I am writing in reference to the Vice-President position available in the National Honor Society. I have a very strong interest in the Vice-President position and I believe that I am qualified for the job. With experience working in leadership positions in clubs at the collegiate school and outside of school, I have a diverse background with much to offer. It is my understanding that you are deluged with resumes for this position. Mine is one more, but I do have experience that is hard to come by.

I need to be bold, be ready to show myself better with a lot of stories of my own past accomplishments, as well as enough confidence in my abilities and skills to handle trick situations. There’s a saying learning from your mistakes. I therefore plan to do more of the same in this time applying. It’s significant learn my weakness, struggles and give it time working to improve. I won’t make the same mistakes twice. It’s necessary to note any questions, any problems that I found difficult to answer in previous time, and so brainstorm new information that I can bring into this time round, such as new accomplishments, new examples and new evidence. Further, I will spend time learning everything from the school from as many resources as I can in order to be prepared for the unexpected and be able to think fast and
Throughout my school years, I have always tried to be a positive role model for younger students as well as my peers. This year I decided that the best way to serve my school was to participate in our school’s Student Leadership Council. It has proven to be a fantastic decision for me. I succeeded in getting the most votes out of all of the candidates and have had a great experience taking a leadership role in my school. I feel like I have become a much better leader and role model because of Student Leadership Council. I have been really fortunate to be exposed to the Jeter’s Leaders program, since they come to our school to mentor us as SLC members. It has been an incredible experience, and I would really love to continue with it. As an eighth grader at Saint Augustine, we are required to mentor our younger students. I
During the 2015-2016 application cycle, I will be working as a regional director for Sigma Phi Epsilon. This role entails improving the development of collegiate men by providing consultation and educational information to circumvent issues such as sexual assault, hazing, and alcohol abuse at university campuses in California and Nevada. I choose this prompt because it looked as it was the best of the prompts fitting to me. I myself come from several different backgrounds, I also carry a lot of different talents. People like those are very unique and are very productive in diverse community, and they turn to be very productive and effective individuals in their community. The past autumn I applied to the University of Washington, which is one of the high ranking schools in the nation, so I applied to all of their 3 branches, Seattle, Bothell and Tacoma, hoping with my different unique talents and personality I will be accepted and be offered admission to one of the 3 branches. Several months later I am here talking to you, that optimism I had has become a reality, I’ve got accepted into University of Washington Tacoma and I am still hoping I will also get accept into the Bothell branch as well. Being born in Seattle, growing up here and at the same coming from both an African and Arab background is pretty unique, on the other hand being a Muslim and a practicing religious Muslim, was also something fascinating, living in America in this time, where Islamphobia was at its peak. In addition to that, being an individual who is deeply involved in the community, specifically youth affairs at a young age of 17 was very productive I can say. Summing all those qualities and talents, I told myself this will help me achieve a lot of things in the future, being a personally diverse individuals who is both academically and spiritually active and built, and in addition to the a productive young individual for the community was indeed something unique and attractive to schools and jobs in the future.

She sets a GPA goal for the Spring and Fall semester that she would like our chapter to meet and strongly encourages it every week. She does this to emphasize the importance of scholarship, because she has to make sure we meet the national requirement for us to stay in good standings, and it looks good when we have a higher GPA than most of the greek community. But the entire chapter has goals too; we strive to be woman who put scholarship before social obligations, to care about our character rather than how we look, to put ourselves out there and take opportunities presented, to be womanly always, and so on. Each girl is a leader in the house. They help uphold our values and hold people accountable for their mistakes or misjudgments. Each girl adds value to the chapter and their ideas and contributions make them leaders. As a whole we are a chapter of leaders, always working hard to make ourselves and our chapters better, with an extra nine girls who overlook everyone and hold more leadership.

I am interested in the Socially Justice Coordinator position because I want to make sure that various voices are heard around campus. At a predominately white institution, it is very easy for the dominant perspective to be that of a white male, and I want to be a socially conscious coordinator to ensure that the voices of other people don't get muted out by the majority. I have a very personal connection to this goal because I am member of the minority group on campus ,being that I am a black female, so a lot of these issues will hit home for me and draw out my personal passion and commitment. Not only do I want to be a Socially Conscious coordinator to bring to the table some of my own experiences and ideas ,but I also want bring to light the perspective of others that I don't have a lot of have to first-hand experience with, such as members of the LGBTQ+ community, people who suffer from mental health issues ,other minority groups. I believe that it is important to show and represent the perspective of as many people that we can so that the students at the University of Georgia can gain a well-rounded perspective that allows them to be better stewards in this multi-cultural world that we live in. In order to achieve this goal, I will bring to this position my creativity to develop fun, engaging, and beneficial events, my knack of marketing to help spread the word of the socially conscious

Woman’s studies is an interdisciplinary academic field devoted to topics concerning women, gender and feminism; exploring our gender existence, how we perform femininity and masculinity and how this interacts with other aspects of our identities, such as race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status and sexuality.
