Teri asked the team if other AHO programs would benefit having MTH64 as an approved elective? Currently, we have one MA student who is taking MTH64.
Action Item:
• Add MTH64: Medical Math Calculations, as an approved elective for MA.
• Reminder for TSCs and Christine to get with Teri if MTH64 needs to be part of another program such as, Phlebotomy. Teri can talk with TSCs and Christine about this during check-in times.

Everybody should have received an email from Jamie Harrington (HR) about the Speed of Trust Training; held on two different Fridays.
We will need to look for an email and link to sign up. This will be limited seats only – first 15 people to All of RCC!

Teri has been going to some meetings and she would like to have the team understand the guidelines of the Budget and Finance Department. In addition, all team members need to understand how student enrollment affects our financial budgets.

Be aware, task changes from Education Partnerships to Student Services are taking place now.
Christine will be speaking about BHS at HCDD. Hillary McDonald usually speaks to the high school population about College Now. Currently, will be transition to another individual who will be doing the high school presentation.
Teri reiterated that if high school student are a Junior or Senior they can be working on the BHS certificate. There was discussion if John Duarte would fill in for Hillary or maybe Hillary will help during this transition from Education Partnerships to Student Services take place? Will the recruiters be responsible for the high school presentation at Demo Days?
Action Items:
• Find a resource for College Now presentation at Demo Days. This is important, to give high school students basic health care knowledge. Most importantly, how the BHC certificate interconnects with AHO specialty track programs.
