makayla: sequence it maybe diffcult at first to break a learned habit or being within a certain mind set makayla should try to practice some balance,by working on adding some of her less used learning patterns to bring strength to her position as a student leading to improvements overall.

They are both displaying the four R’s such as when Amarika, playing with her doll Kiki, she is in a regulating state. When Makisha leaves the room Amarika starts exhibiting behavior outbreaks such as temper tantrums, and insisting of having Makisha always in her sight. By having Makisha in her sight helps Amarika, remain calm in a revving state. Makisha, has the reexperiencing effect every time she looks at Kiki feeling and reliving the shooting and the feeling of helplessness. Speaking to the Social Worker Makisha, seems calm as if she is in the reconstituting state. After the meeting Makisha, agreed to have more sessions to discuss about what happen to them the day of the shooting.

She is not only being ruled by her sequence, but she is also allowing it to dictate her overall success. She scored high in both sequence and precision, therefore she needs to let the two she avoids balance her out in critical reading and writing. When reading her text, I think taking little notes of each section to help summarize each paragraph working the technical reasoning. If she follow technical reasoning strategy, it will lead her to use confluence to get the "Big Picture". On the other hand, when Makayla is doing critical writing, she will need to sort the information out by using sticky-notes or an outline to help her focus on important facts and not so much on details. Makayla could pick out three to four important
plantation and not just himself. As he recites the alphabet he shows that he knows the worst case scenario that comes from reading having suffered it himself. A finger getting chopped off was the penalty of trying to gain knowledge. This is what made the older man so fearful of the repercussions of John’s teachings. Not knowing how to write your own name is demeaning. John’s father writing his name in the dirt without knowing what the letters meant gave him a sense of pride and self-respect. It as a badge to him, it was who he was and could not be taken away no matter the beatings or threats it is what made him.
I think John needs to use more sequence in his life he’s very disorganized. I also think he needs to lower his precision/confluence to make it easier for him to communicate with people. He works very hard to communicate everything he needs to say and hops around a lot in his thoughts. This makes it hard to follow him. Also I feel that his precision would benefit in grading papers but not writing them. I think
Paul should imagine the paper as an instruction manual for the reader. For a guy that uses technical reasoning so strongly, it could be hard to pull him into the minds eye of the reader, but I think that once he viewed the assignment as a way to teach another person about his work, he would find it easier to break down the paper in such a way that anyone could understand. Also, I would encourage him to write down the major steps and then going back and filing in the paper with details.
Either until we find someone new in Maquoketa, or evening classes start, and depending if they are available, do you mind if I bring either Charlott or Melody to the center?
QP engaged Maunica in participating in a CBT activity geared towards the aggression cycle. QP explained to Maunica that the activity examine the aggressive cycle and progressive muscle relaxation technique that can help to reduce anger level. QP explained to Maunica the three phases of the aggression cycle, which consist of escalation, explosion, and post explosion. QP asked Maunica to list some things that can cause her anger to escalate. QP asked Maunica, what level has her anger reached. QP reviewed with Maunica thing that triggers her anger. QP brainstormed with Maunica some of her anger cues. QP reviewed with Maunica negative consequences that are associated with anger explosion. QP assisted Maunica in identifying the cues that occurs

Paul is very stuck in his Technical Reasoning and it shows in his grading. Although I see how one with this pattern would have the need to communicate by demonstration of taking something apart, it is more important to be able to use words as well. So many people would be lost with that type of learning, however if Paul were to apply some of his Technical Reasoning with Sequence I think he would be able to express and help so much more with his knowledge. When Technical Reasoning comes together with another learning pattern I think great things can be taught and accomplished.
John uses precision first, to help him in this situation; he needs to use his Technical Reasoning patterns. By using his technical reasoning he could put his ideas in a more understanding way for others.
Makayla glares after him, inwardly of course, a warm, inviting smile still plastered on her face, cursing him for kidnapping her, raising her and not even saying goodbye just, Don’t fail me. Makayla knows she won’t of course, she's completely confident that she'll bring in at least the 1.2 she's worth, but he could at least have told her goodbye.
Cassie had a hard time mulling over the instructions of the assignment. She would have benefited from intentionally decoding the inspection. By figuring out exactly what the instructions are asking for and figuring out which learning patterns and is asking her to you. She should have tethered her Precision learning which she uses at a used first level. She knew the information but was not intentionally learning the information. Also by intensifying her sequence learning she should have taken notes on everything about critical learning that she knew and how to affectively apply it. Cassie needs to for her technical reasoning learning pattern given her recent feedback of using too many words and her last assignment. By forging her technical reasoning learning pattern she would be
When it came to her weakness, I would say one of the main weakness I found in this observation was after she finished the problems she never went back and check to make sure her answers was correct. When planning future problems for Mylee, I believe my biggest focus would be on using smaller numbers when it comes to working out problem and along with those using questions that fits her interest. The reason to this is because as a student she will be able to put her self into the shoes of the question and gain some motivation to work through this problem.
