Mark Demsteader is a well known british contemporary figurative artist. At the age of 52 he is one of the best selling British painters according to the British Telegraph.1 His work is collected by many including the rich and famous. Demsteader was born in Manchester, England in 1963 to Harold Demsteader and an unknown mother. At a very young age he began to work alongside his father in the family butcher shop. Through this job he gained a vast knowledge of anatomy such as bone and flesh, which would later help him in creating his paintings. Growing up Gregory had seven brothers and sisters Eddie, Myrtle, Matthew, Del, Mildred, Melvin, and Marie all of which were born in Baltimore Maryland. The Legend Dan Gable One of the biggest arguments have sports fans have is: “Who is the best athlete or coach of all time, regardless of sport?” For the athlete part of that question, the most common answers are Michael Jordan, Michael Phelps, Muhammed Ali, and Bo Jackson. For the coaches’ part of the argument, Phil Jackson, Vince Lombardi, or Joe Torre are talked about. A school teacher, a husband, and a father, Dan Coughenour is a very dedicated man. Dan was born on January 22, 1969 to Richard and Sue Coughenour. He grew up in Macon, Georgia where he lived with his mom and dad and two brothers. He was the middle child in his family and didn’t mind it at all. As a young boy, he went to a private school. Once he went to highschool he decided to go to a public school. As a child, his favorite memory was getting to see his grandparents in North Carolina. They lived eight hours away so he didn’t get to see them but once or twice a year. He also enjoyed going to Sunset Beach, NC every summer. After high school he went off to Valdosta State College planning to become a school teacher.

I think that Chris McCandless was misled by his literary heroes because it got him to think differently and got him to pursue a different path. His literary heroes were Jack London, Tolstoy, and Thoreau. Chris McCandless believed everything that the each author has done despite them being hypocrites and not following their own writings. I think that Chris McCandless was influenced by the author Jack London, Thoreau,and Tolstoy.

The Dred Scott Decision of 1857 ruled that African-Americans, even ones who were not enslaved, were not protected under The Constitution and could never be citizens. This brings up questions that will be answered in this paper. Should slaves be American citizens? Is it morally correct for one to own another human?
