Everybody has to grow up and someday, a future career has to be chosen. This choice is very difficult and hard for some people. Two great choices would be a mathematician and an aerospace engineer. Mathematician and aerospace engineering are two interesting and unique job choices, but are highly different and offer different opportunities. These jobs have different working styles, outlooks, environments, education needed, and salary. These jobs are also similar in a lot of ways.
First of all, aerospace engineering and mathematicians offer different working styles and job descriptions. The skills needed for this job are very similar, but at the same time very different. Aerospace engineers design and test aircraft, make sure planes are safe,

The main difference is that they use way more math and are way more advanced in math than aerospace engineers. They mainly use high levels of mathematics to develop new mathematical principles(Sokanu). They also use math to solve real world problems. Sometimes mathematicians may also analyze surveys to try to improve businesses and their decisions(OOH). According to the Occupational Outlook Handbook, mathematicians can work for a lot of different types of companies. They may teach at a college or university, the government, insurance companies, research facilities, and healthcare. Mathematicians that work for the government use data to predict and find unemployment rates and wages. They can also find pesticides in water, the number of endangered species, and even find the number of people affected by a disease(OOH). If they worked for healthcare companies, they would see if the drugs being prescribed are actually successfully treating diseases or medical conditions(OOH). According to the Occupational Outlook Handbook, for research centers, they may develop experiments and design things, or they can predict things like marketing strategies and prices for consumer goods. If a mathematician worked for a college or university they would help students learn more math and find new theories and equations(OOH). Mathematicians have the edge on this category just because there are way more different job descriptions and a lot …show more content…
Job growth is very important when choosing a job. Most of the time, a person would want to pick a career that is growing fast because there are more opportunities. Job growth is favorable to aerospace engineers if they know C++ programming(OOH). However, not all aerospace engineers know C++ programming, and in the case, the job can be on the decline. Also according to the Occupational Outlook Handbook, more and more companies are trying to provide access to space. The more companies trying to get to space, the more aerospace engineers needed. According to Sokanu, mathematicians are growing 21.4%, while aerospace engineers are declining 2.3%. Mathematicians have a much faster growth than most jobs are predicted. Even though the percentage is higher for mathematicians, there are way more jobs for aerospace engineers. There are only 4,000 projected mathematicians projected in 2026 compared to the 73,800 aerospace engineers that are projected and only 900 more jobs are predicted to come(OOH). According to the Occupational Outlook Handbook, mathematicians are predicted to grow because of the increase in smartphone usage and social media, which will increase the amount of stored data usage. This being said, aerospace engineers as of now have the advantage. Even though the job is on the decline, there are still way more jobs available and there will be for a while. However, way down in the future, there could be a lot more
When i grow older I want to be a Aerospace Engineer because I have a thing for anything that involves anything that flies. Aerospace engineers work in industries to design and build aircraft, spacecraft, etc. They are primarily involved in manufacturing, design, and development. In order to be an aerospace engineer you will require a bachelor’s degree or anything related to aerospace engineering. It is important to understand the education or training requirements, skills or talents needed, salary and benefits offered, and the duties for a particular career when making this decision. (u.s. There are many kinds of veterinarians. There are vets that specialize in common house pets like, cats and dogs, vets that take care of exotic creatures like, lizards and snakes, and vets that treat large animals like, horses and cows. For my future career I chose a large animal veterinarian. A large animal veterinarian can treat animals from the zoo to the farm. They mainly work with horses and cattle but they know how to treat other animals. A large animal vet needs to know several types of math and how to use each type in their daily work.
In the large world of technology, there are countless nations competing to be at the top and to remain there, the leaders in technological advancement must be supported by Americans. In Braun's article, he stresses the concern for investing in Aerospace technology, joining many economic topics and conversations. He believes that this side investment will contribute to our nation's economy through development and over time. Due to the influence of creating new technology, a byproduct of these advancements is the creation of high-tech jobs, requiring educated people to help out but also providing the opportunity of holding a job. Not to mention also creating a demand for employers that are seeking employees and a way to top their
Some people consider those jobs separate but most just look at them as the same job. Between them the job outlook is supposed to go up by 22% between 2012 and 2022.Compared to other jobs thats a high outlook for a future career. Most jobs don’t have such a high outlook. In another twenty years this job will be even more involved with technology because it is technology based. You will have to stay up to date with all the new tech that comes out and understand how to use it in this field.
One key misperception among industry watchers is that technology advancements results largely in the death of career opportunities. This is simply not the case. Instead of killing jobs, technological advances are changing the nature of the roles available. Computer programmers and network administrators are just two examples of roles in the IT sector that are seeing significant growth across the globe.

Surgeons make $357,000 average per year. Architects design and develop building plans that can be constructed by others. They design buildings, such as houses, schools, churches, etc. They draw plans that show the building's appearance and details for its construction. They also include drawings of the structural systems such as air-conditioning, heating and ventilating systems, electrical systems, and plumbing. Architects make $78,000 average per year. Physical Education Teachers teach students physical education activities and health subjects. They plan physical education programs to help students develop their skills, knowledge, and enjoyment of movement and fitness. They teach and demonstrate the use of gymnastics and training equipment, such as trampolines and weights. Physical Education Teachers make $53,000 average per year. Computer Programmers write, test, and maintain the detailed instructions, called programs that tell the computer what to do. They also conceive, design, and test logical structures for solving problems by computer. Programmers write programs according to the specifications determined by computer software engineers and system analysts. Computer programmers make $81,500 average per year. Although the salaries of these jobs make a living I would still prefer a job that pays 100,000 thousand dollars on
What is space what does it even mean? Aerospace Engineer help us find out what space is,by making ships that can go up and deeper into space to new planets and to see if there was life on those planets before. These people work in the world around us in the military,NASA and in air fields. These people get payed quite a bit to help make planes. This job does not require a college degree, but at least a high school degree. This job is fun, these people realize that many of people's lives are at stake.

Both of these jobs take hard work. In both sheepherding and space engineering, you make a lot of money. In each of these jobs, there is a lot of hands-on work. In sheepherding, you have to always help the sheep in space engineering you work with a lot of technology. Both of these wonderful jobs take patience. In sheepherding, you have to be watchful of the sheep 24/7, in space engineering, something might be wrong with the technology.
Engineering is really what I want to do as my career. I always loved building rockets, magnets, and taking things apart. The greatest thing about engineering is that it breaks off into so many categories to choose from. Things like
Engineering could be a great move for you, if you are technically minded, good at maths and science, and like solving problems.
According to a recently conducted research by the United State Department of Commerce, the industry export creates the largest job opportunities more than any other commodity export. The industry directly creates about 500,000 jobs in scientific and technical across the United States. Also, the industry employs more than 700,000 workers in aircraft related jobs.
This job is the typically hands on for example won will have to invent objects to help the government in ways that are needed. They will ask for new defence systems for example satellites and such. In this ob there are million dollar ticket items such as engines for spacecraft, mars rovers for planets and others this job is very involved with problem solving skills. They also make sure that you are able to fix the objects they have like satellites and such. As like in apollo 13 movie with tom hanks. This job is not an indoor constant job it's both indoor and outdoor. This is job is not for the desk job people it's very
The difference in an apache attack helicopter mechanic and civil engineers are the requirements in the actual day to day work. An apache helicopter mechanic ‘s job is to remove and install aircraft subsystem assemblies such as engines, rotors, gearboxes, transmissions and mechanical flight controls("AH-64 Attack Helicopter Repairer (15R)").As an apache helicopter mechanic I am hands on. Apache helicopter mechanic is more physically demanding job. That is very different than a civil engineer. A civil engineer’s job is analyze long
Being a pilot requires computer skills to check the weather and flight plans. They have to check if flights are going to the same destination and what exact time to be able to know when to fly out to prevent accidents. Pilots also are responsible for safely of the passengers as well as landing the plane safely. When the plane is in the air, all passengers are literally under the pilot’s hands and that is when the job can get stressful.
