Pyschotic episodes, medically called Psychosis, is a state of mind which the person it's affecting has distortion of reality, which can come with hallucinations, and delusions[7]. Because of this skewed thought process they can become violent, and can harm others whilst still believing they're right to do so.

When dealing with psychosis you have to understand that the patient will have impaired reality testing, meaning they are unable to distinguish personal substantial experiences from the real world reality. psychosis patients will also have hallucinations and be delusional that he or she will believe are real.

Mental illness is not only a numerous group of the other health conditions such as attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), borderline personality disorder (BPD), Schizophrenia, and more, but it also the inability to function and cope with the certain conditions that life demands.
