1) Define the decision problem?
As indicated by the scenario it seems that the decision problem is a matter if the accounting systems annual conference that is previously scheduled to occur on September 13-16,2005 should be canceled, due to the fact Hurricane Katrina has occurred and demolished building and homes leaving them in ruin in the city of New Orleans, Louisiana. The primary issue thus becomes does the board or committee moves the conference to a future date or have conference at another location that would thus incur higher costs for hotel for patrons of the conference in addition to it would be a price increase for flights that were already scheduled to New

This conference seems to be the pinnacle point for participants to a) network/connect with current customers in addition to establishing new ones b) the distribution of new product concepts/designs that are promising for the future of that industry. If the final solution to this problem into being to move the conference to another date, there is a possibility that managers will have difficulties scheduling the speakers that were originally lined up. In addition to another time for participants to reschedule flights at economical rate and be with to use there are paid money towards another hotel location.
6) Describe the dependencies on other decisions?
The decision to hold the conference depends on certain other decisions. The management has worked with the Local Convention & Visitor’s Bureau and the hotel for the conference and wants to help them recover the destruction. The management may want to hold the conference in the same city at some future date in order to provide an opportunity to overcome the destruction by holding the conference. The decision will also be influenced by the cost of holding the conference and the willingness of the attendees to attend the conference if the management plans to hold the conference in a different city. Corporate hospitality is a private event held by corporations and businesses to entertain and build good relationships with their staff and clients and to encourage new businesses. Case: Rick Sanchez is an older white male, who carries a flask on him and can frequently be seen drinking out of it, this is concerning because of his pension of flying his hovercraft after having a few pulls and possibly endangering his life as well as his grandsons who is often with him. Facts: Mr. Masciale was introduced to government agent Marshall by a government informer, Kowel. In the case between R. v Maracle, it was about a 14 year old Brantford female was kidnapped at gunpoint by David Maracle on May 26, 1997 and brutally and repeatedly raped. The case was later appealed in 2006. This case took place in superior court of justice. This case took place because the appellant’s conviction and sentence. In this case it shows the dangers so sex offenders and how hard they try to get away with crime that they have committed, even though they left all the proof / evidence behind at the location which was all leading up to them, being the one to frame. In Ohio, year 1957 a minor incident turned to be the headlines of Ohio news. My client, Ms.Mapp has been put under trial because of possessing obscene material but those materials were obtained through illegal doing. Officers had thought that a bombing suspect was in her house. They had asked to come in but Mapp had not admitted them to enter without a warrant. The officers had come by her house three hours later with a paper that they claimed to be a warrant. That paper was then snatched by Mapp and used later on in court. The officers then handcuffed Mapp and proceeded in her house with a fake warrant and continued a search and seizure in her house for the refugee but was not found but in their investigation.They stumbled upon obscene materials which she is guilty of as of now. She shouldn’t be convicted of her charges because there was illegal evidence found without a warrant. She should be free of her charges because putting her on trial will show the Fourth amendment no true purpose for the
11:00am- IRTC spoke with assigned CPS, Chantel Palmer, who indicated that the current case was called in because of the incident that was already reported during the prior investigation. CPS voiced that the subject child was expected to receive a STD test as a precautionary measure. CPS stated that there is no new information that was reported that was not already previously investigated. IRTC informed CPS to alert IRTC if the subject child test positive for an STD.
