In the book called Miracle at Camp Friendship, by Sarah Hopewell, the theme of the book was about friendship and children getting along with others. The author described this friendship through Pudge, Racer, Booker, Miriam, Susie and Ronny during a weekend retreat, where the real challenge was said to be a test of the heart. The next couple of paragraphs will show how God did unexpected things and that through these events produced miracles that bonded them together as life long friends. The unexpected thing that occurred with Pudge was when Ronny chose him to be his buddy at camp. During this time, this would not be Pudge’s first choice. However, he agreed to it. So when the sun was just about to go down you could feel the rumble of the ground shake. Almost as if it was an earthquake. The buffalo bull had brought his whole herd, the herd surrounds the brothers and the sister into a circle. The brothers moved close to a tree, and the sister followed. The buffalo had spoken to the sister and said, “Now that I brought my people here, would you marry me?” Again the sisters' answer was no. So the bull got angry and started to charge at the girl. Right before the bull could get her the brothers grabbed her and they climbed up to the top of the tree. When the bull saw them pull her up, he started hitting the tree with all his might, shaking it, as if it was the tree was going to fall over. Just as they reached the top and could not go any further, the tree started to grow. It grew so far up that when they looked down, they could see everything. The tree took them up into the sky, and when they started to appear towards the clouds they dismounted off the tree, and they all stood there looking at each

In Almost a Miracle, John Ferling writes an excellent book to accompany A Leap in the Dark. Anyone wishing to read a comprehensive treatise on the military history of the American Revolution would do well to delve into Almost a Miracle. It is easy to see why it is so widely praised and why Ferling was given a lifetime achievement award and the Best Book on the American Revolution Award in 2007 by the American Revolution Roundtable of New York.

Before I go into the main idea of my paper let me describe my friend Jacyn to you. Jaclyn grew up in a Christ following family. Her dad is an education pastor, her two older brothers both lead worship ,and her oldest is about to go into seminary. Jaclyn has always been a God fearing girl ,she has a drive like no other, and she has an unreal relationship with the lord. Before making any decision ,big or small, she goes to the Lord for guidance. She is close with her family and loves everyone even when it’s hard (I know from experience). She wakes up early every morning to absorb God’s word and here his instructions. God is very present and nereby in Jaclyn’s life.
The authors seek to elucidate to the masses the concepts of God’s hope, amazing love and the power that emanates from god 's sake to his children. Through the entire work the writers seek to demonstrate through years of experience how people can be in possession of their thought patterns, enhance their decision-making skills to promote the physical and relational self. The book brings out very hefty discussions on life and the various engagements that people make every day of their lives. The book contains concepts like relationships and their dynamics where the authors assert that relationships ought to include God in them because he exists in them (Hawkins & Clinton, 2015 p.112).
Friendships are special relationships that begin the development of social skills in each human person. Every time we open the door to form new friendships it begins with an experimental and holistic practice of philosophy and science. Whether we recognize the use of philosophy and science or not it’s being applied to shape friendships. The formation and bond of friendships has been studied for many years through science, philosophy, and theology. The point of this paper is to give the point of view and purpose of friendship according to science, philosophy, and theology and how it is applied to our everyday life.
