In the future I hope to be a marriage counsellor and in order to be good at my job I will have to improve upon my assurance skills. If I am to help people, they have to believe that I can do so. Harriet could make people trust her easily. They did what she said and it benefitted them, there is a similar concept in counselling. I also admire her patience and perseverance.
