Many people don’t know what to do when someone is chocking or many people freeze and do not know how to react. But chocking is a very serious problem. Chocking occurs when a foreign object like food, becomes stuck in the throat or windpipe. This will cause a person to not get the flow of air needed. When someone is chocking someone just needs to do a few things to help the person in need. However, the first thing you should always do is call 911 or get someone to call as you start performing first aid.
