My Family Is The Keytone For My Life

Change can be considered both a positive and negative thing, but in my life there have been many instances where change has affected me for the better. Although I was unsure of what the outcomes were going to be, the changes in my family, school, and health turned out to be positive experiences.
My family is the keystone for my life, but when the structure of the stone started to change I was worried that we would collapse. I have two brothers that are twice my age, so I always had big brothers to spend time with and look up to. But then something happened that I didn’t expect yet. I didn’t know anyone else moving schools, so I was not happy when we decided to switch over. When I first arrived I didn’t know many kids, and the school was not anything fancy inside. I was worried about what my future would hold. The school curriculum was something. different than I had ever done before. We graduated middle school with a class of twenty-five, spent every day speaking spanish, and went out in the community almost every month. Over the course of two years, I have become very thankful that I made that change. I built strong relationships with every kid in my grade, that have now lasted into high school. Because of our closeness, I know that if need help or just need to talk I have a whole charter school family that care about me. I also commenced my learning of the spanish language, which helped me in my future dealings. Thanks to the charter school, I am a spanish class above most kids my age in high school. Finally, I strengthened my public speaking capability. After endless presentations to parents, peers, other schools, and even country board members, I became more comfortable in school presentations and in my ability. Despite the fact that my first impressions were displeasure, there is no doubt in my mind that I will go farther in life because of my different school.
Lastly, I have the roadblocks in my health to thank for showing me my future. Over the course of two years, I broke my ankles three times. As you can guess, each
