I was born on May 27, 2002. A memory I have as a child is when I was trying to make myself a bowl of cereal and as I was taking the milk out of the fridge, I dropped it and it spilled all over the floor. I had to mop all of it while my mom laughed at me. I’d say I only have one true friend, the rest are acquaintances, but even if she's my friend we don't call each other best friends because that's just not of our nature. This friend’s name is Mildred Muñiz and we've been friends since middle school. An idol of mine would be myself because only I can manage my body with my own mind and control my actions, so the inspiration for doing something is my mind, but of course my motivation is everyone around me. Two of my favorite foods are turkey sandwiches and turkey with mole sauce. As you can see I like a lot of turkey. I don't watch a lot of soccer nor do I play it, but if I had to choose a team it would be Manchester United U.F. My favorite place is outside in general like in the streets, especially in the morning. There's just something so relaxing about it. I also don't listen to a lot Spanish music, if I do they might be songs by boy bands. Anyways my favorite song is idontwannabeyouanymore by Billie Eilish, it's really meaningful and powerful especially to people with insecurities. My favorite musician is Sia the one that sings Chandelier. I like her a lot because her voice is unique, raw and strong. Her music not just gibberish like the pop music that is on the radio
Everyone in the world has someone they look up to and want to be just like them one day. Everyone has different opinions about who a true hero is. My personal hero is my dad, David Laetzsch. My dad is my favorite person in the world because he is always there when I need him the most and I don’t know where I would be today without him. He has helped get me to the great life I have now and I am forever thankful for all he does for me. Nobody could ever compare to my father. He is the most caring, loving and genuine person I know even if he doesn’t show it sometimes, and that is why he is my hero.

What does make a hero a hero? Is it there looks? Alternatively, maybe is it their personality? However, the question is what are those essential qualities that make one a hero? Different people require different heroes to look up to or try to emulate. However, whoever it may be, they all possess certain qualities. My hero is my mother, for the reason that she is selfless, compassion, and courage. That kind of selflessness can often be premeditated, since concentrating on others' needs often winds up helping one accomplish one’s own goals. However, a heroic leader does so without any anticipation of a return. The display and concern show the care one has for others. This can often apparent itself in strong but gentle actions planned to increase the lives of others. Courage and bravery come to mind first when we think of heroism. However, it is difficult to achieve anything truly heroic unless one is up against overwhelming chances. As Nelson Mandela put it, "Courage is not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it." These minor acts of heroism rarely attract any notice. A true hero is always sympathetic, benevolent and shows a great deal of compassion and sympathy to those poorly or in agony. He or she keeps away judgements; that are oriented to the self and embraces an attitude that serves others.
I was born _name__ on _date__ in _place__. I am a son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend. I was desperately shy as a small child, but grew out of it. My teen years were happy times sports, friends, summers spent in __place_. It all helped shape me into who I am today. My interests are many. I have always enjoyed reading about history and follow the history channel faithfully. I love music. It's been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I find it calming when life gets rocky.
Throughout my life, I've had the opportunity to meet many people who have helped me become the person I am today. But there's one person in particular who I know I couldn't live without and therefore is the most important person in my life. This person will do anything she can for me, gives me wonderful advice, and has taught me a lot about life. She is my grandmother, “Nana” as we call her , and her name is Mirta. I’ve know her person ever since I was born. We met in a hospital in Boston when I was about a week old. Although I don't remember of course she does. According to her I was wrapped around two blankets when she first saw me. She’d made fun of how small I was. Ever since we met our bond is unbreakable. Nana is spiritual, wise, and understanding and I choose these qualities to describe her because these are what makes her amazing and makes her who she is.
Lou Gehrig is by far my favorite hero both on and off the baseball field. He not only was a great baseball player for the New York Yankees, but a family man who fought a terrible disease called Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis more commonly known as ALS. Even though he lost his life to this terrible disease, he did so with honor. He tried never to show fear of what he was going through rather he showed honesty and compassion to others. He was as strong a man as the trophy for the World Series winning team. He let the world know that even if you are having physical problems, you can still make a difference.
Last year, I went through the hardest things I 've ever been faced with in my life. I lost my grandpa and two months later I lost my aunt and soon after our home was foreclosed on. This left me thinking, " Is this the end of the beginning or the beginning of the end". What I needed was something to help get me through these traumas. That 's where my hero, Ozzy Osbourne, comes in. In the essay "My Heroes", Elizabeth Berg describes how her daughters hero is her friend Laura. Her mother was in shock and didn 't understand why her daughter didn 't appreciate "real" heroes such as Martin Luther King. Berg 's message was that anybody can be a hero, celebrity

In this essay I am most grateful to talk about my true hero in my life and forever will be my hero. I’m going to talk to you about my mother.
