The Teaching cycle is a systematic approach to teaching ,from the initial receipt of the learner’s application form through planning the course or session and delivering the session to evaluating the effectiveness of the whole experience .it is important to realise that the cycle involves at all times the effective interaction of the teacher and the learner(s). It is vital that throughout the whole process, continuous assessment is conducted, and constructive feedback is given at each opportunity .All the information gathered during the teaching process should be accurately recorded. 2: My role as a Teacher will at some point in my career will need me to work with of the professional organisations, whether that be internal or external. So that I can get, give the best for my student’s so that there studding do’s not suffer. Teachers in their profession are required to maintain appropriate standards and fulfil their responsibilities, not just to learners, but also to institutions, colleagues and other professional roles. In order to do that a teacher should set professional and personal boundaries, which will also set their limits and will identify what their professional role involves. As a teacher I am responsible for the evaluation of course work and all aspect of the learning process to gauge whether improvements can be made. Throughout the process I must make sure that the course is delivered with quality and professionalism and continually assess my own teaching style and course delivery. As a teacher I will need to evaluate the course and delivery throughout the course duration to enable continuous improvement of my teaching and the impact that it is having on my learner.

Teaching demands a lot of creativity and being able to adapt to different situations and environments. However, in order to experience lasting success, more than pot luck, charisma and spontaneity are required. Planning is essential. Planning and preparation gives a certain level of confidence. Whether it is a single lesson or a whole course, planning allows you to design the learning journey you wish to take your students on. In designing, you can make sure that you are catering for all your learners’ needs. This includes sufficient differentiation; for SEN needs as well as your gifted and talented students. In planning you can ensure that your lessons have a definite beginning, middle and end and have clear aims and targets. At this stage you will also prepare and plan resources. Also, you must plan your assessments. How will you know when the students have learned what you set out to teach? How will they know? How are you going to prove that learning has taken place at the end of the course? All these points will be addressed in the planning stage of the teacher training cycle.
These boundaries could have a negative effect on us as teachers as well as other professionals within the organisation. We therefore need to deal with these boundaries by referring to the Institute for Learning's Code of Practice (2008) which outlines the behaviours expected of teachers.

Depending on the organisation, your role, responsilbities and boundaries as a teacher will depend on five areas of the teaching/learning cycle.
Roles, responsibilities and boundaries are continuous qualities within my role as a tutor which are constantly assessed and reflected upon throughout the teaching/training cycle. According to Francis and Gould “The role of a teacher is not just to teach but to also be an evaluator, subject leader, manager of learning resources, curriculum developer, union member, personal tutor, assessor, information and advice giver, administrator, liaison with external body, record keeper, interviewer, verifier, role model and overall to help learners to gain a qualification.” The Teaching/Training cycle supports this theory by providing a structures process in which tutors can follow ensuring that all learners receive the best and consistent approach
You should always work to and be aware of the boundaries of a teacher/trainer so that you know what is required of you, both when dealing with learners and with other professionals. It is important to maintain standards and keep within regulations of your establishment and the law. Teaching without discrimination, safeguarding learners, child protection, keeping learner information confidential as well as data protection, dressing appropriately and always acting professional; these are important boundaries of a teacher/trainer that should always be adhered to.
The aim of this assignment is to identify and understand the teaching role, responsibilities and relationships in education and training in relation to the teaching cycle, by summarising codes of practice and legislation that relates to the roles and responsibilities of a trainer with an airfreight industry. Also, understanding the importance of Equality and Diversity and how this is vital to learners and teachers in meeting the needs of learners. Furthermore, to understand the trainers’ responsibilities in building and maintaining a safe learning environment, promoting appropriate behaviour and building respect for others. The assignment also aims to understand professional relationships between the trainer and other specialists involved in learning, through analysing boundaries between the teaching role and other professional roles. Finally, identifying and describing points of referral to satisfy potential needs of learners.
