My interests are anything that has to do with building or Engineering. In the future I would enjoy to accomplish many of my goals such as graduating high school then go to a community college then Transfer to a four year college. Travel around to many countries as I can. After High school I would like to find a job and start saving up money to buy an apartment for me to live in for two years then move out the valley after those two years.
My First job that I want to try is become a carpenter because you work in construction but it’s not that hard of a construction because it would and not concrete or metal. The location of a carpenter all around the world depending on where you would want to work in. However, the projected job growth of a carpenter is 3% which is good to start of with a first job. The opportunities for advancement is the more experience that you have with the work the easier the work gets but that means that they make you do much harder things. Also, the annual salary that a carpenter makes is $20,820 -

Cars are an amazing thing to work with this is something that I love. The work/life balance of a automotive repairer is that you get along well with your co-workers and have good communication skills when you work in this type of environment. The location is based on where you want to live and how the people in that job are as well as how hard the job is compared to other places. The basic duties of an automotive repairer is fit and secure windows, cut openings in vehicle bodies, soak fiberglass, replace damaged glass. Therefore, the annual salary of a automotive repairer is $26,000 - $70,040 which is a lot compared to my other jobs that I chose. The benefits of being a automotive repairer is that you get insurance and retirement as well as salary and bonuses. There is no opportunities for advancement because everyone is working on the same thing as
Mechanics pay all depends on the experience you have but at the starting point for a mechanic would be $36,610, which is not that, bad for the beginning pay. After a few years of experience you could then start earning $60,070 to more after having some experiences with cars and working with them. Being a mechanic is not a difficult job being a mechanic is a very fun job to do if you really like working on cars. Then there is the pay for the independent workers such as the mechanics that have there own shop and work for themselves and their salary is higher than $70,000 to more because it depends also on the way you charge the customer for your work. Being your own boss is a great way to be earning money easily but you will need many years of experience to get there. Mechanics have good paying jobs and this job will never run out of spots for mechanics because people will always need their cars fixed.
A man once said “The direction in which education starts a man will determine his future in life.” The California state university will send me on my path to my future. California State university, the Northridge society, one of the best technology schools and should allow me to have the best education.
59.8% of American citizens are employed as of last month if you plan to be successful. As a high school student I am getting prepared for what is coming after college or the work force. when I was little I wanted to be a professional football player as I got older I realized that it was a very slim chance of me getting into the NFL. So therefore I am preparing two other career choices just in case my dream doesn't work out. If the NFL didn’t work I would be either a welder or a Motor sports salesman. The most important points about my job is the pay, job outlook, and what I would do. The jobs are pretty similar they are both in the Automotive field. But they are both different because in welding a welder would be outside almost all the time because it is hot in a shop. If I was a salesman I could be outside or inside to sell the vehicles.
I am not quite sure what I want to do. I will be going to BONDS next year, and get my degree for esthetics. I plan to do esthetics on the side after high school, and continue my job where I work now, at Culver’s of Greer. I love this job and until I know for sure what I will be doing, I plan to still work there. My parents didn’t go to college, but I want to prove to them that I can be responsible and follow through with a large achievement. I would love to be an author, and I plan to take that at Greenville Tech and afterwards, got to a four-year college, such as, North Greenville University. Unless, my career with esthetics pays off. I also thought about being a lawyer. I want to make enough money to be able to gain custody of my younger brother, Brayden.
On March 16th, from 2:30 pm–6:00 pm Sullivan County BOCES is hosting, in collaboration with Sullivan County school districts, a Job Fair at the Elks Lodge on Darbee Lane in Liberty.
I attended the second day of the Winter Engineering Career Fair as an observer. I was immediately overwhelmed by the sheer number of people in attendance. I weaved my way through crowds of people waiting anxiously in line. My first impression of the career fair was that it was filed with a lot of professionally dressed students who were extremely nervous. A lot of them were speaking to themselves, going over their introductions and elevator pitches. People in line were not talking to one another, and most kept rechecking their files to- I’m assuming- make sure they had their resumes and cover letters. I was quite surprised to see this. I had the preconceived notion that people who attended career fairs were older and extremely confident individuals.
The Career Fair Prep Party is on September 21, 2016 in the Ballroom of Atwood Memorial Center. It begins at 11am to 2:30pm. The fair is an opportunity that enable students to network and learn how to amaze employers by doing these four stations offer by the fair: Research, Introduction, Resume and Dress. Among the fair, there are employers coming from various industry and a few of alumni graduates employers as well. I attend the fair because I want to acquire skills of introducing myself to employers, how to research an industry, resume critique, and how to dress properly.
“But whether small or great, and no matter what the stage or grade of life, the call rings up the curtain, always, on a mystery of transfiguration—a rite, or moment, of spiritual passage, which, when complete, amounts to a dying and a birth” ( Campbell 42). When I was young, I had a lot of dream careers or jobs. Every time I watch a movie I always get inspired on doing whatever the career of the main character is. For example, after I watch a war or an action movie like the Lone Survivor or a James Bond movie, I immediately want to aspire on becoming a military soldier or a spy. It takes time and maturity to fully realize what I wanted to become. But since the beginning I know for sure that becoming a writer or any career that relates to writing is not my call to adventure. I hate writing a lot because I sucked on it. I just
My 1st career is Nurse, I want to be Nurse because I want to take care my family and every one. In my family we need a Nurse, Doctor, and other career that can take care them when some thing happen to them. they need some one to take care of them
The field I have chosen to study in college is psychology. In particular, I wish to obtain a PhD in clinical psychology. For the most part, psychologists study how humans interact with others and the processes of the mind by analyzing and taking notes on the behavior of the client and how they interact with the world around them (“Psychologists”). I chose this career, because I’ve always loved listening to people and understanding why people do the things they do. Also, I’ve always had a strong desire to help others lead easier lives and give them the tools to deal with their personal problems and life. It is important to understand the education or training requirements, skills or talents needed, salary and benefits offered, and the duties for a particular career when making this decision.
Throughout my life, I always wondered what my profession would be when I grew up. My first choice was to be a nurse because I love to help people and make sure that they are well taken care of. When I reached high school, my thoughts about nursing tapered off because other careers interested me even more, such as becoming a lawyer. As I began researching more and more about lawyers, I talked to my work based learning teacher at school, and she recommended a part time job at a law firm. I began calling around, and entering my senior year of high school, I received my first job at a law firm. The first days of working at the law firm, I was extremely excited because I thought that I would be one step closer to reaching my goals as an attorney. I had the privilege of seeing what the attorneys did throughout the day, however as my experience in the firm progressed, my interest in becoming an attorney dwindled. I then realized I was back to square one and was extremely discouraged, because I did not know what I wanted to do with my life.
My current career choice is an clinical neuropsychologist. In this position I would assess and diagnose patients, as well as develop treatments plans and aid their rehabilitation. I’ve always had an interest in psychology, but have been contemplating what I might want to specialize in. In this position I would earn a substantial salary and receive the opportunity to work with patients in a hands on matter. This past fall, my other was injured by a hit and run driver. She suffered a large trauma to the brain and had to receive several surgeries. During the time period of her recovery, I began to learn a great deal about traumatic brain injuries. Unfortunately, the extent of my mother’s injuries were too great and she passed away. However, this experience made me very interested in the workings of the brain and effects of these injuries. From this, I’ve been inspired to help others who have suffered injuries similar to my mother.
Introduction- For my research paper I hope to see some amazing opportunities for me that way I can start looking at the perfect college for me to go to and maybe start saving up for it. I hope to accomplish these goals in life so that way I could be successful in life and hopefully be a big influence on some people.

In five years I expect myself to have graduated from FIDM with a double major in Fashion Design and Apparel Industry Management. I expect myself to have designed multiple wedding dresses. My biggest goal is to have my own bridal shop which is my biggest dream because I feel as if I'm making every woman's dream come true on their special day. My hobbies include drawing in any way I can to help my drawing skills, shopping which helps with getting ideas of outfits to make with the clothes I already have at home because that helps with saving money, and baking cakes, cookies, etcetera because it helps relieve my stress. My most favorite interest would be collecting shoes because shoes are my way of showing my attitude and how I feel for the day. For example, if I wear my heels then I'm going to be fierce but if I wear my Converse, I will go throughout my day in a happy mood. I have become fascinated with sugar skulls because of the designs all around their skull and how they are created.
