Introduction Non-profit organizations are the way of life, they are the reason why people of society care about the “little” people. Individuals who start a non-profit, usually start with the mission of helping others. They want to make a change in the world and be the hero that helps every individual who is struggling or trying to cope with life. Some non-profits are not as sappy as others, but most are geared towards community building and forming relationships. The relationships that are formed last for a lifetime, mainly because of the rawness of the individuals within the organization. Jobs with Justice is a is a coalition of labor unions, community groups, faith based organizations, student organizations, and individuals that leads and supports campaigns for economic and social justice in our workplaces and in our communities. A needs assessment should be collected to be able to assess what is needed with the community the nonprofit is wanting to serve. Qualitative and Quantitative data is to help solve problems within a community. The research collected from both are used to help the community leaders find answers to questions within the community. The evidence should be relevant to the issue and not falsified. “This strategy enables information to be gathered on the perceptions, beliefs, and values of a group’s participants and is particularly well suited to addressing cultural characteristics that impact on a population (Calderon et al., 2000). In doing the research an objective based approach should be allowed, evaluations should be collected. Meaning to assess the early stages of the organizations and to gather information that is helpful to revise and modify the program for improvement. This helps the organization improve itself and in the end decided how it should move
