Nt1310 Unit 3 Portfolio Assignment

I worked with plugins here and there, and even got to set up SG maps. In fact 2 of the servers I even got OP'd so I could get more commands to the point where I gave out ranks to people who had problems with transactions, and didn't get their ranks. It was a lot of fun for me, and gave me more experience on servers. I was Mod/Helper on these other servers, and I absolutely loved helping out people answering question building doing all sorts of things. I set up shops and a couple of parkour courses to make the server a lot more fun and entertaining. I can spend 2-3 hours a day so in a week, maybe 21 hours in total, I will try my best to be on for as long as I can. When I was a builder I spent 2 hours on the server daily building and helping the community, when I'm a Helper I might spend like 4 hours on the server (Taking breaks here and there to relax). I can be a huge help I can be on this server a lot, and I'm confident I have what it takes to be a Helper. I can do so much for the server any time Owners/Admins need help, I will be there with building or whatever they need me to do and I will do it. I know a lot about plugins so I can be a huge help with that as well . Also what to do when people are not obeying the rules. I love playing minecraft and have been playing since 1.3 and never been banned on any server. Why should we accept you?: I've played with the staff members and players on Vexon for a while now almost for as long as I have been on Vexon. I have realized that this server has become more then just a place to play Factions and make friends its more like a family to me. I also noticed how much I care about this server, how much I care about the community and the staff, and having fun on here. The real reason I want to join you guys and become staff is because I want to help people as much as I can and I want to work with you guys and become apart of the family you guys created. The data have information from two courses taught during the 2014/15 academic years with a combined enrollment of 76 students. These courses have a similar structure in that they met on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 10 weeks and they both require students to complete online quizzes prior to each class. When I first learned that the second unit would be about writing in different genres I was totally confused. What did this mean? Would I be doing different writings of mystery, romance or science fiction? That was my only small narrow view of what a genre is. I have now come to learn that a genre is not only simply whether something is fiction or nonfiction but a genre is different types of writing from a recipe to a resume. I have come to learn that there are so many different types of genres all unique in their own respect and all written from a different perspective.

I have chosen project three in which I had to review several books that had a character with an exceptionality as the main character. I asked the professor if I could have the high schoolers in my English language arts class do this as part of my lesson plans and she agreed. I have formatted it in such a way that each book will have some differentiation if several students reviewed the same book. Student 1 will be a 10th grade boy with a visual impairment, Student 2 will be a 11th grade girl with a visual impairment, Student 3 will be a 9th grade girl with a visual impairment and behavior disorder, lastly, Student 4 will be 10th grade girl with a visual impairment as well as a learning disability she uses voice to text on her iPad to respond

By furthering my qualifications and teaching Communications maintenance school, I have had a fleet wide impact on the supervisors of each communications division. Additionally, being selected as Instructor of the Year FY 2015 and Department MTS Coordinator I have more influence on the daily operations of NAVSUBSCOL as a whole. I am applying for the LDO program to further extend this influence. I am a hard charging individual that leads by raising the standards and demanding it from others to follow, this is why I was ranked #1 out of 85 in my command. I am highly competent, computer savvy and well educated sailor that has always desired to be part of the LDO community.

When I first received this project, I thought about all the hard work that would have to be put into it. The weekly process of spending an hour on Sunday’s was really not an enjoyable thought, especially during football season.
