For the answers to my questions from my unit 3 assignment, I interviewed my administrator Robert Stofer of Salisbury Nursing and Rehabilitation Center where I am employed.
TEAM DESIGN AND STRUCTURE The first question of the interview was who is in charge of picking the team in this nursing facility? According to Mr. Stofer, management is in charge of picking the team. In this case it would be the administrator. The team is anyone who has the patient’s best interest at heart. As far as the morning meetings are concerned the team is anyone who is head of the departments here in the facility. The team can start from activity personnel to the administrator (Stofer, Administrator 5/2018). Who will the members of the team consist of? Again the team consist of department

Making sure the needs of the patients are met. Making sure everyone is on the same page when it comes to making things better for the patients. Making sure the employees are happy, this will help them to give excellent care to the patients. How will the goals greatly affect the design of this project? According to Mr. Stofer, if everyone is striving for the same goal and purpose there should be no problem reaching it. The patients are our number one concern and striving to reach the goal is for their health needs.
DATA COLLECTION ANALYSIS Who are the main participants that do all the data collection? Mr. Stofer said, “I collect data when I get the patients vitals signs. When I record what the patients eats, their daily activities. Do the same participants analyze the data or does it go to a higher up? The data is analyzed by the person who reviews the charts and sometimes it could be the unit manager for that particular unit.
FEEDBACK/REVIEW PROCESS How do you receive your feedback? Feedback is received from family members, visitors or from patients who have recently stayed at our facility and have been
When I completed this lesson I actually felt I should re-think my decision to become an educator. Mrs. Anderson makes this job look easy. I had prepared my science lesson plan Monday and scheduled to start a 3-day lesson on Wednesday. I tried to keep my lesson close to the basal/textbook. I feel as though the students responded positively. They were responsible in raising their hands to answer questions. I had a note to “slow down” in my notes. This helped me pace my lesson appropriately. I felt confident….and then I did not! HOWEVER, this time I did not speed up my speaking and rush through the lesson as quickly as possible. I added a few examples that were not on my plan with the hopes to explain matter to the students and I believe that helped one or two students. I felt, as a class, we stayed on topic the entire class. There were a
A team is a type of organizational group with independent members. They share common goals and work together to meet these goals (Northouse, 2016). The organization where I work has teams at various levels for maximizing the success. These teams include, core teams, coordinating teams, patient aligned care team (PACT), contingency teams, ancillary teams, support and administration teams (Veterans Health Administration [VHA], 2015). Some of these teams have interdepartmental members while others have intradepartmental staff. Successful teams have a concrete blueprint and that contributes to their effective functioning. There are several factors that affect these teams irrespective of the level. The factors comprise the presence of a clear task, separation from non-team members, authority, and stability. The factors like working conditions, team process and bridging the gaps are concerns for the executive level. The complexity of the task, individual skills and their diverse specializations affect the selection of the team members. The team’s meaningful interactions decide their success. Independent teams can help promote friendly competition within the organization and lead to better staff performance. An efficient leader can design and launch an effective team through careful planning and selection of the right members. He/she keeps the factors that affect the success of the team in mind when designing the teams. The patient care units
Twenty systems will initially be imaged for Linux and configured to run on the existing network environment. A testing group will be compiled from departments across the organization to determine how the operating system meets user needs in various departments. After a ten day testing period, any problems identified can be resolved as required to support a seamless transition. The phased migration can then be completed 50 systems at a time, cycling the Linux systems in and the XP systems out. As the XP systems are collected, Linux will be installed on them to continue with the phased concept. Diagram B displays how the systems will be tested, configured and distributed. Additional factors need to be taken into consideration for this project
Organizations with Liux OS as their server platform might use all of these as their primary nework services.
Why should we accept you?: I've played with the staff members and players on Vexon for a while now almost for as long as I have been on Vexon. I have realized that this server has become more then just a place to play Factions and make friends its more like a family to me. I also noticed how much I care about this server, how much I care about the community and the staff, and having fun on here. The real reason I want to join you guys and become staff is because I want to help people as much as I can and I want to work with you guys and become apart of the family you guys created. I want to grow with this server and impact it in a positive way. I play nearly 4+ hours a day talking to players, welcoming new people , and being there for the staff talking with you guys and just having a good time. I want to be apart of what you guys created and see if I can help this server the best I possibly can. I'm here to help the community and do whatever I can with whatever powers you

During my semester off in spring of 2012, I was in China taking care of my paternal grandfather who passed away from lung cancer the April of that year. I was raised by my paternal grandparents and was really close to him. While I was in China, I volunteered at the Fujian Medical University Affiliated First Hospital. I mainly worked in the pediatric ward where I assisted physicians as they went on their rounds and helped with physican exmainations and took down medical history. I also served as translator for patients and families that spoke English. That summer I shadowed Dr Simon Chang, a Radiation Oncologist at the New York Presbyterian Hospital.

This was because I didn't do my job, and just let my responsibilities sit until the last second, in which it was too late. I was only a third-wheel owner as it was, and didn't have a lot of responsibilities as it was, but in the end, I screwed up, and payed the price. The reason I believe this happened was because, where I am good at taking orders, giving them has never been my strong-suit. I never really cared to be an owner, or delegate my responsibilities. I'd rather instead do the work

In the midst of September 2013, I began volunteering at The Valley Hospital as a pharmacy department assistant. My primary task while attending two-hour shifts was to organize the medicine returned by doctors into specific compartments. Along with that I also had the responsibility to empty medicine carts and associate them into boxes for the next volunteers to organize after I finished my shift. Sometimes, one of the pharmacists available would instruct me to open boxes of saline solutions, tape the appropriate nozzle shut, and use a “price gun” to print appropriate dates on each bag. During this entire experience, I have learned to have responsibility and to act in a mature manner when working alongside pharmacists who are so talented in

After the selection of the effective team members, it is important to analyze the conditions that should be in place before the team is launched; analyze the team processes that unfold as the team begins its work; assess what should happen during the team’s launch, and
During the team formation, a number of challenges manifested. Firstly, it was the fact that there were nurses from other units. Hence, there were fears that they may not be well informed with procedures undertaken in our unit. However, this challenged was effectively addressed by assigning the nurses from other units a nurse from our unit to help her during the emergency period.
Our group members will collect the data. Our group members are Ashish, Chethan, Jithin, Leo and Rohit.
