An Evaluation of the Olive Garden Restaurant
Olive Garden has always been known for a great Italian meal and family friendly atmosphere. Tradition has always been a strong part of the experience as each meal is start with soup or salad and their patented bread sticks. These and more have made Olive Garden a staple nationwide in Italian cuisine, however like any chain, it does come with a few flaws. Olive Garden’s qualities entail everything a family Italian restaurant with minimal flaws in its design image, food, and customer service. When I see an Olive Garden restaurant, it always appears to be a fancy upscale eatery

With a few times having to wait for service, overall Olive Garden provides text book service that is second to few. Through my experiences at Olive Garden, I find myself, and my family, extremely satisfied. The look and feel of the restaurant truly makes lunch or dinner feel like more of an experience instead of just a meal. The menu is truly extensive but is also limited on change throughout the life of the establishment. The food is extremely well prepared and sets a standard in Italian food for being a simple family restaurant. The few times you find yourself waiting for service is trumped by the overall quality of service you get from a very pleasant and professional staff. Overall, Olive Garden has treated my family to some great occasions and still remains a great eating establishment that I highly
I give this restaurant extremely high marks for producing a quality product.” Another bonus is that the restaurant is very popular, meaning the food is in high demand. Therefore the food that is already out doesn’t have time to get old and stale. But consumers don’t just want great tasting food in any amount; they want enough to fill them up until the time comes for their next meal.

Miller’s Ale House has an incredibly large outside bar and patio displaying sports on all the televisions. Customers want to experience this type of customer service along with a friendly atmosphere and
Olive Garden is a family friendly restaurant that specializes in Italian-American dishes, and is well known for their soup, salad, and breadsticks. My family and I ate dinner at Olive Garden in Lafayette, Indiana. The criteria used to rate our experience was the flavor, appearance, and healthfulness of the food, the prompt and efficiency of the service, the price of the meal, and the lighting and decor of the atmosphere. When it comes to the best service, food, price, and atmosphere Olive Garden excels and continues to please their customers.

Their Culinary school was founded in 1999 in Tuscany, Italy. Where they train their chefs and create menus for the restaurant. With a remarkable wine selection and great home cook Italian meal and a affordable menu price I have always enjoyed my stay at the Olive Garden. Olive Garden has received many award throughout their history. Recent awards came from the Nation's Restaurant News which presented Olive Garden with the "Menu Masters" award
My most favorite of all time restaurants to dine at is The Cheesecake Factory. This restaurant is a famous corporate chain of restaurants that offers a widespread variety of all types of American dishes and of course specializes in the most amazing variety of the best tasting cheesecakes. I love the experience of dining at the Cheesecake factory because the atmosphere is so welcoming and the artwork on the ceilings make you feel very lavish, the food is great and the service is excellent. A particular visit last month proved to me that Cheesecake factory lives up to the expectations of its guests.
When I first walk into the restaurant, Im alway immeditaly greeted by a smiling hostess. Typically on a week day, the wait time is normally very short and youre almosy guaranteed a seat right after arriving. However on a weekend the wait time can be a bit longer, such as fifteen to twenty minutrs, but outdoor seating is provided so you dont have to stand and wait. When you are finally seated, a friendly waiter is always ready to happily serve you with a smile. The employees are always on top of giving out refills for drinks and they provide customers with all you can eat peanuts and encourage you to just toss the shells on the floor when youre done. When receiveing your meal, the waiters always make sure that everything looks good before leaving you to dig in. I have never recieved unacceptabke service even when the restaurant is at its
Olive Garden offers Italian fare in a low-lit atmosphere that is perfect for an intimate date night or for a relaxed lunch with friends. There are several specials to choose from such as the Tour of Italy where you choose one specialty like the chicken parmigiana or shrimp scampi, a premium filled pasta like cheese ravioli with marinara or tortelloni al forno and a signature pasta like the fettuccine alfredo or spaghetti with meat sauce. Other specials at Olive Garden include the dinner duos served Monday through Thursday and a lighter and healthier choice called Tastes of the Mediterranean. Choose from options that include chicken margherita, linguine di mare made with homemade Pomodoro sauce or herb grilled salmon served with parmesan-garlic
Open everyday for lunch and dinner, come in for a quick lunch of unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks, or stay late for dinner and wine. While Olive Garden offers a
They gave a great portion for the price they offered it for. The fried calamari was very fresh when it was brought to our table. I loved how they made some crispy and some tender. The marinara sauce they brought along with the calamari was absolutely fabulous, they added a small spice into the sauce giving a little kick but I loved it.
One weakness that needs to be considered for adding this appetizer menu item would be the fact that Olive Garden is known for their already plain breadsticks and some people do not like change. With this being said, the bread sticks may not do well because the majority of people don’t want to try the new bread
When it comes to dining-in at a restaurant we all want the best service that we can get. When I think of “the best service” I think about the cleanliness, nice waitresses, good food, and affordable prices. There are so many different options when a family thinks about going out to eat, especially if they have small children. It’s often hard to go to a nice dine-in restaurant because sometimes it’s hard to find something on the menu for everyone in the family. I have experienced many things at two completely different restaurants. I can say Demos’ is better than Logan’s because the food and service is much better.
When stepping into Olive Garden, you are transported to Italy. The atmosphere is friendly. Everyone who walks into the restaurant immediately feels like they are part of the family. There is music playing in the background to make you feel welcome. Also, wine is offered to the adults and
Olive garden staff is highly educated in the field of service they provide and for the most part, they provide great service. When you walk in, there is a hostess and staff that is dressed formal and gives off a professional appearance. The serviced at olive garden grabs my attention. As soon as guests walk through the door you hear,''welcome to Olive Garden''. They usually escort you to your table, ask for your drink order and later your food order. The food is served quickly and fresh. Everything is taken in an appropriate manner. The servers are very respectful as well. Great attitude that makes people feel comfortable with them. As guests eat their meal the server usually comes every once in a while, to check on the customers and give
To many, Northeastern’s dining halls rank fairly well in comparison with other schools. Although there have been many complaints that the menu is rarely changed, Northeastern does tend to offer a varied selection of food. In a recent survey, students were asked to rate Northeastern’s dining halls on a scale of 1-5, 5 being the best. About 36 percent surveyed ranked the food a “3” and about 57 percent ranked it a “4.” In general, Northeastern students think decent things about the dining halls. Some of the complaints however, included that there are a lot of fried and fattening foods, repetitive menus, and that vegetarian food is not always readily available; you sometimes have to wait for it to be cooked for you (e.g., veggie burgers).
As a result people planning to eat at Jake’s they might want to consider making reservations because the wait can take up to two-hours if they do not. When customers are finally seated, a waiter is assigned to their table. The first thing the waiter does, is ask what the customers wants to drink. About three minutes later, the drinks are served. Next the waiters bring some buttered rolls to eat while the customers are waiting, and of course, there are always peanuts. Customers are encouraged to throw the hulls on the floor. After waiting about seven to ten minutes, the waiter comes back to the table and takes the customers’ orders. About ten minutes later, the waiter brings out the salads and refills the customers’ drinks. A half an hour later, the waiter brings out the customers’ food.
