To what extent is higher education an effective means of both obtaining employment and learning the basic prerequisite skills for the global workplace? Higher Education is one of the most important phenomenons in the 21st century. It is undergoing some major transformations and developments which are mainly effected by Globalization. Such as, international education, global capitalism, spread of culture and media, trade and work. Thus, it’s crucial to interpret the term of Globalization, which becomes a major backdrop of other phenomenon, including high education. Because of the university improved the quality of class and the government increasing the fee about the higher education,that will be help the higher education deloveping. Over-supply is other problem of higher education. That means the amount of higher education student is sharply increasing, as result it more than the labour market should need and when the graduate finish the course they would find it difficult to get a job and finally become unemployment . According to Greece survey, due to the student does not to pay the fee for university, more and more people would accept higher education degree. And the student chooses the subject depend on what is he like, but did not think about the employment. As result, many graduates were unemployment, especially agricultural Studies (23%). The student spent many time and energy to higher education courses but many are disappointed by what they find. Clearly, that problem will be negative effect to people finish the higher education course and labour market developing. So the government and university should be fix this problem in the future.  In addition, the change of the global labour market is another major challenge of Higher Education. Modern technology changed the world from many relatively independent countries to a global village.
